By far the best place I’ve ever stayed! My daughter and I enjoyed it so much! You feel like it’s just you and the ocean!! It’s tempting to just stay in the whole time. The beach, the wave the surfers are right there at your fingertips. 5 star no doubt!
This condo is located in Kuhio Shores right on the coastline, next to the Beach House Restaurant. It is on the top floor. We absolutely loved our stay and will return in the future. The condo unit is very quiet with mostly retired folks and the view from this unit is unmatched. We ate most of our dinners in as the views from this unit are better than any restaurant you will find. The unit was amazingly clean, AC and ceiling fans kept us cool, bed was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. There are 2 sand chairs and 2 beach towels provided. We watched the sunrise, sunsets, sea turtles and surfers from our lanai!Our ONLY complaint is the couch is quite uncomfortable. It's more like an outdoor sofa.

We loved our stay! Wonderful location and decor and a view that was outstanding. This unit is definitely the best option in the building. The corner window view was a plus. It was great to watch the sunrise and sunset everyday. We also loved watching the surfers and sea turtles from our balcony. We would definitely return for future vacations. Only a few negatives:Uncomfortable couch Loud refrigerator 2nd bedroom bed was not made (Had to put on sheets)Unit was updated and nicely decorated but the building exterior was outdated and should be refurbished.
Beautiful place with amazing ocean views. Just what we were looking for and exactly how a couple would like to wake up every morning in Kauai.
What a fantastic place! Exceeded our expectations. Loved the sweeping ocean views - over clear oceans with turtles and surfers. The unit had very nice decor - felt like a well loved home more than a rental. The sunset views from the dining table were better than any restaurant in town!
My husband and I stayed in this amazing oceanfront unit for two weeks. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed. We saw sunrises, sunsets, whales breaching, sea turtles in the surf, surfers, and snorkelers. Right off of the lanai! There is a delicious restaurant right next door and a shopping area an easy 1/2 mile walk or drive away. Completely relaxing and comfortable.

As soon as you open the door you are struck with the generous view that you will be have during your stay. We have traveled to many places and this is one of the best places we have stayed. If i wasnt in Hawaii, I would have stayed in the condo the whole time. Very peaceful. Let us know when you want to sell. Thanks for sharing your beautiful residence.
I loved staying at this place. Everything is exactly what the description/ photo shows.
Pros. The view and the cleanness
Cons. The communication with the property owner is super slow, but everything went fine. The AC in the living room is not really cool. The one in bedroom is good.

Awesome Views and place to stay
We had a wonderful time at the beautiful Toyabrown penthouse. The views were outstanding. We sat on the lanai and watched the turtles in the water. The snorkeling from nearby beach amazing. We would love to return. Love Kauai🌴
A beatiful unit in a quiet complex. This luxury condo unit had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and the lanai was overlooking the ocean 40 feet below. We could watch the surfers catching waves, sunsets, turtles bobbing in the surf, whales in the distance (when in season). Great location, close to Koloa town. We would stay again.
Beautiful location. Unit was very nice although furniture uncomfortable. Property manager did not return call regarding my inability to access cable. Had to find building supe for assistance. Since condo is very expensive, expect toilet paper to be better than ports potty quality.
Everything is just amazing! Amazing view in a gorgeous well appointed unit. Stayed there 2 years ago and was thrilled to be back and can’t wait to return .
