The unit was well equipped with everything we needed and wanted. The location was extremely convenient to everything; golf, the beach, restaurants and shopping. And the host Roxann was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

We have been staying at The Palms at Wailea for several winters. Roxann’s unit is very well-equipped and comfortable . We have already booked it again for winter 2026. The Palms is a beautiful property with easy access to all the amenities and beaches in the Kihei /Wailea area.There are a few steps to the front door and some road noise at certain times of day (mainly when shifts change at the Wailea hotels. But it is very quiet after “Maui Midnight” (9:00 pm).
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The location was perfect & so beautiful. The condo was very clean, comfortable, quiet & had all the amenities we needed. The condo was a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and a 5 minute drive to access other amazing beaches.We would stay here again!
We loved the convenient location and that we could walk to the beach in 10 minutes. The complex has a nice pool too. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It even had beach towels, pool towels, and beach chairs for us to use! We had a wonderful time. I would recommend this apartment.
Well supplied and recently remodeled condo with tons of space in the bathroom, bedroom, as well as the living room. Huge Lanai overlooking some of the greenery. Private, with a bit of road noise from the nearby street. The pool is beautiful and serene (no road noise). Unfortunately, it was closed for 5 days as we were there during the 1 week of the year they do annual maintenance. Nevertheless, the beach was within a 10 minutes walk and the surrounding area was so lush and green.
We are regulars to Maui and this was the best supplied unit and the best renovated unit that we've experienced. The condo had everything needed to make our home away from home ready for immediate use and the many small touches were very much appreciated. Our goal is to reach aloha and this property got us there very quickly; well appointed unit, spacious lanai, beautiful pool and friendly neighbours all contributed to an exceptional island holiday.

Roxann's condo at the Palms is an exceptional VRBO rental. The condo is fully equipped and very comfortable. We have stayed in many condos in the Palms at Wailea and this was by far the best experience to date. Roxann is very communicative and delightful. I highly recommend this rental.

The Palms at Wailea
The condo was very nice and well appointed. The furniture (with the exception of the couch) was very comfortable. My favorite place was the lanai in the morning for yoga. The only drawback was the location facing a well traveled road that supported motorcycles and cars playing excessively loud music. The beaches in the local area are amongst the best on Maui and we spent 33 days enjoying them. The owner was responsive and helpful and we loved cooking and eating on the lanai.

Roxannes place was clean beautiful and the perfect location for us. She was very prompt in responding and we had an amazing stay. Easy access to beach. Love the wailers area so perfect with location.
