BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Clean and well maintained. Great location. Close to beach, local shops and coffee house. Would have liked to have a second air conditioning unit in the bedroom, but overall great experience. Nice amenities. Pool small but recently renovated.

The condo was very nice everything was just as ad said it was, the only thing that was a draw back is all the stairs to climb to get to the unit, was good for us kept us in shape, but maybe something to mention in discription of the unit.

This was a nice condo in a great neighborhood walking distance to a lot of great beaches, shops, and restaurants. The condo would be great for a couple. We went with our two kids, and while there is plenty of space, the pull out couch is not comfortable and the AC unit in the living space is loud. There is also a series of stairs to get to the condo which can be a pain with kids and all of your gear.

The unit was clean and well kept. We had plenty of supplies for garbage, laundry, etc. Having laundry within the unit was a real advantage.
The location was great - a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. Grocery store is nearby.
The bed was comfortable. WE very much enjoyed our stay in Kihei.

The Condo location to the ocean, pool area and grounds are excellent and well maintained. The Condo itself provided everything we needed for our stay however it does need a cleaning/paint refresh and some minor repairs. The Kitchen was updated and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Kihei.

Apartment was clean, large, and had everything you could need for a short or long stay. The patio was a beautiful size and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings enjoying the breeze. I wish there was a full size coffee pot and the shower curtain kept coming down but those were very minor issues. The location was incredible, so easy to walk around, everything you could possibly want or need for your stay in Maui. Thank you!

Arrived early but the owner was very communicative and accommodating. Space was clean and their were plenty of towels, and beach chairs available for use. Also the walk to the beach is literally 3 minutes.

This was an absolutely fantastic place to stay during our visit. A wonderful space that is so much better than the listing could have ever prepared us for with a quick walk to the beach and plenty of beach toys and supplies in the unit. Will be back for sure!!
