The AC worked great! We really enjoyed the view from the patio. We ate breakfast every morning on the patio and enjoyed several sunsets from there also. Host provided perfect amount of toiletries and starter items for us. Host provided quick responses to questions. Absolute perfect stay!
We always choose Sugar Beach Resort as our go to place for Maui vacations. This unit is on a corner with extra viewing. All amenities are available in the kitchen and bathroom. All tile and hardwood so sweeping keeps it tidy. Granddaughter met a bird on the lanai and they wrote notes back and forth. So many memories on this vacation. I highly recommend this location.
Property was amazing, right on the most beautiful beach with a fabulous pool and hot tub. I will stay here again.

We loved our condo. We couldjust walk to the beach or pool. We feltourcondo had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. I would highly recommend.
Condo unit was very nicely updated and well stocked. Views of the ocean were beautiful. Activities desk was very informative and helpful.

We stayed 5 nights in October 2024. The sunset is indeed spectacular from the lanai! We sat on the lanai every night to watch the beautiful sunset. The unit size is just right for a couple. It would be very tight otherwise. The bathroom situation would be awkward and weird, as access to the bedroom is only through the bathroom. A sliding door does separate these 2 rooms, but if someone needed privacy in the bathroom, you couldn't or wouldn't be able to enter or exit the bedroom.
The in-unit clothes washer + dryer was extremely helpful. The unit owners thought of everything, right down to paper clips! Thank you!
Beach and property appears to be adult orientated, which was absolutely perfect for us! We already recommended to another couple and would absolutely stay here again.

We had an amazing time in this condo at the Sugar Beach resort. It was right on the beach and just a short walk down the beach we could get shaved ice and shop the ABC store. there’s also a farmers market that was open that we could get fresh fruits and vegetables and look at the local jewelry. It was a very family friendly resort and everyone was so nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
Awesome resort in uncrowded North Kihei. We had flight problems and arrived three days late but Chris and Patti were very generous and let us stay extra night since there next guest was not due for another day. We will be back!
Very comfortable, clean, small condo suited best for a couple (or with small children) bc bathroom is connected to bedroom. Air conditioning is a definite plus. Kitchen is well stocked and convenient, with large fridge,freezer. Bedroom has ample drawer space for storage. No safe for valuables.
Electronic door lock is very convenient and always worked. Pool /grounds maintenance top notch. Tourist planner on site. Small cafe/bar had good food. Wedding planner/formalwear on site. Also massage.
Car definitely needed to go to better beaches, restaurants, stores.
New beach chairs needed, and the total face-mask snorkel sets left there are extremely unsafe to use.
Did feel taken aback when “maintenance men” knocked on the door wanting an answer. They should have identified themselves as pest control. We did not see flyers posted at the stairways of their spraying times. Appreciated prompt answers when we inquired.
First I love the ocean/pool view from the lanai plus the sound of crashing waves. Their is attention to detail. Everything you need is available except a Keurig: kitchen tools, LG appliances, fins, full face snorkle masks, beach chairs, to go containers and coolers for the beach. Immaculate. Looks like pics. Mirror in LR allows you to see the ocean while preparing meals. Comfy swivel/rocking patio chairs. Short walk to pool, hot tub beach and outdoor grills. Quiet place of reguge unlike the row of condos in South Kihei. Marco the local property mgr is wonderful
