Welcome to our Hawaii Luxury Hale. Relax with breathtaking views of the Kona Coast! This well-appointed home is located just minutes from downtown Kona. Sitting at a perfect elevation, you are able to enjoy all the comforts with a full kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, a private non-heated swimming pool with an option to heat, outdoor bbq, and more.
The home is a custom design, built-in 2011 that allows you to rent the entire 4 bedrooms or we can customize your stay if you only have the need for 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Both sides of the home have identical layouts featuring 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths and a kitchenette. On the lanai, you will also enjoy your outdoor bbq area with a sink and granite tops. Lounge on the comfortable lanai furnishings enjoying a mai-tai while cooking the fresh catch from our Pacific waters (ono).

This Hawaiian Hale had everything we needed. Great location for us playing softball in Kailua. Beautiful sunset views!!!! Beautiful view overlooking Kailua. Great place to entertain our team for dinner. We will be coming back…

My family visited for the Ironman and we had the most amazing time. The place was really well equipped for a family! The hosts were amazing and really communicative and flexible. We loved our stay and hope to stay here again!

We had a fantastic time. The house is gorgeous and close to Kona. The views and sunsets are spectacular and the pool was great. Couldn’t have asked for more!! ❤️ ❤️

This property was wonderful! It was the perfect layout for our family of four (including a 1 1/2 and 3 year old) traveling with friends without kids and our parents; The separate living areas on both ends of the house allow for privacy and quiet when needed. It had a well stocked kitchen, plenty of pool toys/ floats, and beach gear (chairs, snorkel sets, beach towels, and we left an umbrella and sand toys). Great location and easy to get to shopping and downtown. Our kids also enjoyed the playground at the bottom of the hill. Sylwia was wonderful to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. Looking forward to returning to this property in the future.

The owners of this house are kind and considerate people and we’re highly communicative. They made our stay very enjoyable and we hope to return next year for more fun. This house worked very well for our needs... better than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend this house for your stay in Kona!

The property is in a great location and has a fantastic view. You can be downtown Kona in a few minutes and to the airport quickly. The view is fantastic and the sunsets are perfect while sitting out by the pool. The house has a great floor plan . We had a total of seven people staying there and the house was perfect for that many and could actually handle more.
