This condo feature 3 bedrooms, 3 bathroom unit is a great vacation rental for larger families that have a hard time finding a place for a large family. It is on the 3rd story. It has 4 sets of 8 stairs with small landings after each set.There are no elevators. The view is lovely from the Lanai.
This is a lovely ocean view condo. It has a priceless mountain and ocean view. It is in the central location of Maui, and only +/-11 miles from the airport. We are central to many activities, shops, restaurants, tours, and beaches on the island.
This Resort has a pool and hot tub, just steps away from the unit and offers a wonderful area for family BBQ"s (5) and as many tables, an outdoor kitchen in which you can cook, sit, have a drink, and eat all while enjoying the beautiful sunsets of Maui. This is not something every resort can offer. Plus your children can swim and be with you while you cook. It offers, just outside the gated pool area, through the Maui county 3 tennis courts along with a large area for play and picnics. A few steps further and you are standing on a beach or in the Pacific Ocean. This is part of a 6 mile beach in which you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while the sun sets or you could simply enjoy the morning breeze, go for a jog or leisure walk while dipping your feet into the great Pacific Ocean. You could even go for a quick swim. Absolutely spectacular. Just be sure to rinse your feet before entering the pool area. There is a water tap provided just before you enter the pool and a shower inside the gated pool area. It offers ground shuffleboard for guests to use and even some mini putting holes
This condo has a large lanai. The condo has a new split air conditioning system in every room.. Great for those hot days.
The master bedroom on the main floor has a Cal king bed and its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Cal king bed and a bathroom just outside the bedroom door. The loft or what we like to call the "hotel room" features 2 queen beds and a twin bed "triple bunk" It has its own bathroom. We have a double Murphy wall bed in the living room We supply you with a pack-n-play, a stroller, and a highchair. There is cable T.V in the living area and one in the master bedroom. The kitchen has all of your basic needs. We have also included a stock of plastic dishes for you to take to the pool if you are wanting to eat there ...

The location was perfect, a small beach to visit, amazing view from the lanai, and plenty of space for our family of 9. I especially loved the upstairs bedroom with the tiered beds. The kids loved having their own space and bathroom. The owners were prompt with concerns and there were a lot of beach accessories available to borrow. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. The grounds were beautiful, the pool was big enough for everyone and so was the hot tub. Definitely somewhere I would revisit in my future travels. Thank you Yolanda and Leo!

The property location was conveniently located on S. Kihei Road. Local eateries were plentiful, the property was beautifully landscaped, the pool immaculate, and the Pacific joyous. We saw sea turtles and enjoyed jumping in the waves. The only drawback was the vehicle that was provided. It had no power steering which for a full-sized SUV was problematic. We were forced to rent a van for our transportation around the island. We will definitely stay at this property again sans the vehicle.
