A perfect place to relax watching whales, dolphins not to mention beautiful sunsets!! This newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ocean front condo on the top floor with large lanai has new furniture, beds, bedding and more! The building has an evaporative cooling system central to the building as well as elevators. (There are a few steps after stepping off of the elevator to the condo) Master bedroom has an ocean view and King sized bed. Master bathroom has a walk in shower, double vanities and a washer and dryer. The second bedroom has an ocean view, queen bed. The bathroom has a tub shower combination. Large smart TV in the living area. Property amenities include salt water pool on the ocean (although extremely rare, if surf is very high may be unusable)and a fresh water pool, barbecues for your use as well as a common area to sit for dinner. A beach area with lounge chairs to enjoy the ocean.Due to the nature of the lanai probably not suitable for children under 10....

Our goal was to find a big lanai with a view and this place delivered. We enjoyed watching dolphins and whales most days and had gorgeous sunsets every night. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Communication with Errica was quick and easy. We highly recommend this condo for what a trip to the islands should be about, bliss!!!

My son and I had a lovely stay. The separate bedrooms provided adequate privacy and the amenities available in the apartment complex made the stay extraordinarily comfortable. Thank you for a memorable weekend on the big island!

The view the view the view. Incredible. We spent quite a bit of time on the lanai. Amazing views of dolphins and the sunsets were fantastic. The location of the property was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the large salt water pool. We will absolutely return!

Can’t wait to be at this property again. The entire experience was perfect, from reserving it, to check in, to enjoying our 11 days there. We practically lived on the lanai, with 180 degree views of the ocean and sunsets. And the Casa property has many amenities and the residents and staff are all super friendly. A fantastic property that makes for a fantastic trip.

What an excellent location! The view and sound of the ocean was incredible and soothing. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and very well appointed with essentials such as completely stocked kitchen appliances, pots, pans, coffee pot, toaster, blender, utensils for cooking and serving, etc. There were even cutting boards and a wine opener. We had everything we needed; just had to purchase beverages and food. We appreciated the beach towels, coolers & ice packs from the freezer for day trips. The host provided excellent instructions on keyless entry (awesome! No keys to keep track of) and parking within and outside of the gate. Easy. There was some walking and stairs involved in getting luggage and groceries from the front of the building to the back (where condo is located on the third floor) but there is also an elevator halfway from the parking lot. For the view, it was WORTH it! There was a fold up wagon in a closet which really came in handy. The best part was eating breakfast and viewing sunsets on the lanai every day. My only suggestion would be a box of tissues would have been nice. TP ran low as I had to share the roll with my nose. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay! If we are fortunate to return to Hawaii we will eagerly seek out this rental again. Mahalo
