We have rented this apartment for many years and truly feel at home here.It is always clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We especially love the king-size bed and the washer and dryer.The views are spectacular, with breathtaking sunsets, and the sound of the ocean can be heard day and night.The management team is kind, professional, and always ready to help.Aloha!
Amazing! I always forget to leave reviews but I could not for this one. First off if you're staying on kaanapali and don't have a large group skip Costco and Walmart, the Times grocery store has you covered for food and the prices are normal. We got to the resort late but there was someone there to help us who was very friendly. The view was so breathtaking, even at night. So much so that us night dwellers made it up early to cook breakfast and eat it with the unobstructed view on the lanai.Every morning, we saw turtles and surf lessons right outside the condo. We were there to celebrate a friends birthday who was staying at the Hyatt (which we visited and is very nice), but they were all so impressed with our condo and location that they spent every night at our condo and around our area. About the area, even if you don't have a car don't worry you have everything you need right there. The grocery store is less than a 5 min walk along with a food truck court, which is stellar. One of my favorite restaurants was Java Jazz (goat cheese bruschetta yum). If you're into night life there's Pizza Paradiso that has great food along with nightly entertainment. A walk along the beach will lead you to Dukes. A short drive will take you to Napali bay, dragons tooth, or down to whalers village...if you want a "fancy" night out check out Ulu on the water definitely the best steak I've EVER had. Side not *smokers, they have 2 places at the resort for you short walk.

This was an incredible condo with a beautiful ocean front view! Very comfortable and conviently located.
The room was great, the whales were amazing! So happy the trees were trimmed while we were there!

We’ve stayed at the Mahana 4 times, this apartment was the least updated, least clean, & least favorite to have stayed in. There are some areas that were updated- bath and kitchen, but if you’re looking to sleep well or feel taken care of, this apartment nor the service of Sullivan properties suffices. We actually stayed in a different apartment for the first 3 days but had to vacate because of scheduling. We were so well cared for by the previous company “My perfect Stays” who went above and beyond and were so kind. They treated us as upscale guests and never made us feel there was anything we couldn’t ask for. Including keeping our luggage during the check out/ check in to this apartment #306. A very distinct difference with Sullivan properties, who said no to every request that we had- which was very little. The amenities were also poor in comparison to other apartments in the mahana. Not only did we have to ask 4 times for a chair and umbrella (which Sullivan will tell you they do not provide because not wanting to be sued?) when asked if they could help us with our luggage they just said “No, we re sorry.” What property management says no? Also, the bed is awful, Like a motel bed with 3 different layers of padding to cover up how old and dilapidated this mattress is. The management does not understand or want to know what nice accommodations are, they should never rent this place as it is. The ceiling is falling apart, the chairs stained and dirty, the towels were cheap and had hairs on them- we spent our entire first day - which was my birthday- doing 3 loads of laundry. Sadly, the integrity and service just isn’t here. It makes sense why they only manage 1 apartment in the mahana. Even the bar soap they provide was paper thin, thankfully we brought the great ones we were given by “my perfect stays” this property management seems of low bar and does not understand hospitality. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. When you first open the door, you are immediately drawn to the beautiful view. The kitchen and bath has been beautifully updated and very clean. All the amenities were on point and working with Sullivan Properties is and has been a pleasure! We will be back again and again at this condo! Thank You from two very satisfied people!
Beautiful location, loved hearing ocean from balcony and the views, rocky shore in front of building. with small sandy beach
1) Many areas of the ceiling has the plaster falling. Some of the areas look like a past water damage.
2) The wash machine only runs on permanent press cycle. It sounds like it is about to break down.
3). Could use an overall update.
We enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable and clean. Very nice that beach towels were provided. Sofa bed mattress was nice. Only problem was arriving late and not having any sheets for sofa bed. We called owner and he kept insisting they were there. After 10 mins of arguing on phone, i finally convinced him that the sheets were missing. He did bring some sheets but it took a while. Otherwise, we had a great stay!
