As you enjoy the scenic 11.8 mile drive to your Kona Vacation home you will start to unwind and relax, when you drive up the hill to your tropical oasis, you will know that you have made the right decision to rent our home!

Open the door to to the top level and right away you will notice the luxury furnishings and comfort of your home away from home. Your gaze will be drawn to the outdoor lanai with all of the comfortable furnishings that are calling your name to sit back and relax while drinking a glass of wine while enjoying the ocean views and unbelievable sunsets!
The Master Bedroom has a California King size bed with a new Tempur-Pedic Tempur Cloud mattress. With sliding doors you can either close for privacy or leave open to the living room you will be sure to enjoy this oversized Master that also has amazing ocean views! This room also has a ceiling fan along with a window a/c unit.
The Master Bathroom has everything you need to make sure your stay is everything you need and then some! With a double vanity along with a jetted tub and separate shower and toilet. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with a hair dryer for your convenience.
Need some extra space? There is bonus room that has a twin trundle. There is also a desk in the room for any work that you may need to do while on vacation.
There are also 2 more bedrooms each with queen beds A/C unit. Each of these rooms have ceiling fans and closets with hangers to put your clothes.
The Laundry room has with a front load washer and dryer that is there for you to use along with laundry soap and softener! The Laundry room can be shut off from the rest of the house by just shutting the door so that you can have peace and quiet!
The guest bathroom is pure luxury! With an oversized shower and plenty of space to get ready. We provide the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel along with a hair dryer!
The living room features a sofa bed that can be used if needed.
We have our front lanai with an outdoor dining table that seats 8 plus plenty of room to add more! There is also a grill for all of your outdoor grilling!

This was an excellent place to stay and well maintained. This home has a lot of small amenities that were nice to not have to worry about. For example laundry detergent was provided for us which was a huge plus to not have to go out and buy while on vacation. The home has A/C which isnโt true for all places in Hawaii. The driveway is steep but there are two places to park at the top so as long as youโre careful backing out it isnโt an issue.

This property was the perfect size for our family of 10. We had enough room so never felt crowded. The children were happy to make use of the boogie boards that were there as well as beach chairs & umbrellas. The best thing was the view from the lanai!!

All very good except for location (right on noisy main highway, scary in-out) and parking (not enough, long uphill hike to unit). Unit itself was impeccable, tho, well put together and maintained

Was our first Vrbo stay, was hesitant all the way up to arrival. Once we opened the door and walked out to view.. Beautiful.. the home had just about everything we needed.

We had a great stay. The house had everything we could wish for - 2 pack and plays for our little ones, all of the beach equipment you could imagine, a really well stocked kitchen and tons of space. Two things to be aware of - the house is located at the top of a steep driveway so if you have little kids you need to keep a very close eye on them. Itโs also right next to a busy highway - but with the door to the lanai closed the noise was not an issue. Overall we would highly recommend this property!
