The location and property/building were great! Just a short walk to the beach and right in the heart of Waikiki. The unit was not very clean, though, but had a nice view of the canal and partial view of the ocean.

Property was good for us (2 people) with cable TV, good kitchen supplies, good bed and some beach supplies. Only three short blocks to beach and has a view of Diamondhead, the beach, and the mountains. We found a car rental necessary for us as we went to several beaches / tourist spots, and carrying food, suitcases, and beach stuff was too hard (and sometimes prohibited to use the buses. It was very close to International Marketplace and covered shops if it happens to rain, and there are plenty of good restaurants and groceries nearby. There is a parking spot for your rental vehicle. Safe and secure neighborhood, easy to walk on sidewalks.

Unfortunately Bruce had to move us to another one of his condos with 2 bedrooms a few blocks over which was fine but not one pan for oven, no washcloths, no dish cloths, only 2 kitchen towels....silverware and cooking things not good at all. It was a nice unit but no area rug as listed and so many things needing repaired. The patio furniture chairs were ripping at the seams. Just very disappointed. Both of these units are for sale which we weren’t told and they even wanted us to open it for respected buyers which I refused to do.

This property is in excellent location. Walking distance to beach and shopping dining. Very safe, free parking space is a big plus. There was beach towels and chairs. View from the unit was really nice. The condo was not cleaned well before our arrival. There was hair and half used soap bar in the tub. No tissue and ran out of kitchen paper towel shortly. Toaster oven still had used foil in it. Bed sheets had some stains probably should be changed. Overall the unit is great if it can be cleaned a little better.

Great location. Free parking. Balcony view is mixed buildings and Diamond Head and ocean. Older building is hot in hallways and elevator, but apartment stayed cool. Great place and wonderful owner. Would rent again.
