Our condo was lovely! It was exactly as described, with a great view of the ocean from the bedroom and living room. We made use of the cooler and chairs - a thoughtful extra, saving a bit on our rentals! There were extra fans available, too. Definitely needed in the bathroom/hall closet area - that's the only place the wind didn't do a great job of keeping the temps perfect for hanging out.I loved it because my husband doesn't like to snorkel, but I do. We were within 10 minutes of several great snorkeling beaches; he'd drop me off and pick me up a few hours later when I'd had my fill of swimming with birds and turtles.We'll stay here again whenever I can talk someone into going with me. We loved everything about the location and the condo. The only thing I'd advise is navigate a bit away from the condo for food. The two nearest restaurants within walking distance were "meh" (captain jack's) and "worse than a 70s frozen pizza" (dollie's pub and cafe). But if you're into long walks, there was great food available, or you could hop in your car and take advantage of all kinds of yumminess within a 5 minute drive.
Being able to see the ocean from both the living area and the bedroom was such a plus. And they had everything there that one could need.

This property is beautiful. The views from the lanai are amazing. We had beautiful sunsets and daily rainbows. We loved the little beach that is just steps from our condo. We had several turtles that hung out the whole week and they were fun to watch swimming. The breeze you get when you open the front and back doors is great if the condo starts to heat up. We never really got to warm and there are lots of ceiling and standing fans to use. Customer service was excellent. I had the carafe on the coffee pot break, and it was replaced immediately. The only negative I would have is the kitchen could be a little better stocked with a few more pans. It was my husband's birthday and I wanted to bake a cake but there was no 13/9 pan. There were also no large pots (for boiling pasta for instance). The pans that are there are in pretty rough shape. Having the beach chairs and ice chests was great and made our beach trips much easier. We loved it.

We did not have any food out for this to happened..notified property management and they said this is not uncommon in Hawaii during this season. Also they only gave 1 sample size shampoo and no body wash for party of 2 for 3 nights stay. Notified property management on this as well but no response. We went and bought what we needed. It was not that big of a deal. We enjoyed the amazing evening sunset on the balcony. Everything else was clean so they still deserve my 5 star rating.

I loved falling asleep and waking up every day to the sound and view of the ocean and feeling the breeze. I was worried the bed would be too soft/ unsupportive for us but we had no issues falling to sleep quickly and sleeping well and waking up refreshed. The bathroom is a little tight and the exhaust fan was very loud. But overall - great stay. I really enjoyed the laid back location in Maui.
For my wife and I this unit was amazing it was everything that was in the post and much much more it had amazing views you could see the sunset from the bedroom or from the Lanai outstanding property close to bars and restaurants!!! I’m already trying to book for next year

The room was clean and quiet and we absolutely loved falling asleep and waking up to our ocean view. I think our only complaint was we were pretty warm at night but the listing said there was no AC so that’s not really a complaint and if you opened the front door and balcony door it cooled everything pretty quickly. Super clean, well set up if you need to cook, great view and light, easy to deal with property. Slight snafu getting the key due to an incorrect code provided but late night team was quick to respond!

The unit was nice, clean, and had been updated, although it could use some detailed cleaning (floor boards, behind doors, cabinets). We didn’t check in until 9:00 pm and couldn’t get in but the property manager was quick to call us back realizing we had the wrong code to the door. Please note there is no a/c in this unit and one of the fans wasn’t working but the property managers were quick to deliver a new one. Each night the people at the neighboring pool were very loud which didn’t bother us but could be annoying for some. Overall great place to stay with great managers and beautiful views!

We loved the location. The view from our room was beautiful. We were shocked when there was no air conditioning! Had to sleep with all doors open. During our stay the trade winds were not blowing..

The condo was a bit dated but clean and nice.
The beach for the complex was completely eroded and was being replaced with giant 2000lb bags of sand. Lots of noise from construction machinery.
The lanai looked directly into the pool area of the complex next door so it was loud during the day and there were lights from the pool area on all night.
The drapes in the bedroom were shear so when the sun came up you woke up because it was so bright.
It had an ant infestation. We left a bag of groceries on the counter for 20 minutes after shopping. Went to change clothes came back and there was a stream of tiny ants circling the bag
What a great place to stay! Everything was perfect. Jeff was always available to answer questions. Would definitely stay here again!
