Clean, well-stocked condo in a convenient location near excellent beaches.
Great place, fully stocked for our needs
The space itself is nicely renovated. The tile floor throughout is lovely and well put together. Both rooms had clean linens and lots of extras available. The space was extremely hot initially when we checked in. The AC must have been left off for a few hours. Without the AC it gets very hot, especially the bedrooms. Cleaning supplies were lacking for guests to use. The pool is being renovated at the moment but will re-open soon. The construction company was making good progress during our stay.
The property is close to the beach, about a 1-2 minute walk. Restaurants are also close to the condo. Guests staying at the property tended to be quiet at night. Only a few times would we hear guests walk by loudly. The windows will let sounds come in if others are loud.
Overall the property was great and I would highly recommend staying here. It is the perfect size and comfort for anyone staying short or long term.
My family and I had a great trip to Maui. The location was perfect with world class beaches just steps away, and convenient to restaurants and other sites. The condo is very clean and well maintained. Thanks!

Condo has all of the amenities, and they go over and above making sure you are comfortable here. Great place and for sure! I would stay here and or at any of their properties again. Location is great! :)

This location is nice, nothing fancy, but is very close to the beach. The amenities were good and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Very happy with the overall experience. Communication with the owner and housekeeping manager was always very prompt. The unit was very clean and very convenient to the beach and numerous dining options.

Check-in process: let me just say that I was coming to Maui from a conference and not from home. I was sent the information that needed to be signed by me less than a week from the time of my stay. I am not sure if this is standard but I have rented from others on vrbo and I get this info after the date of full refund passes or about a month from travel. I didn't think the owner responded well when I told him of my difficulties because I didn't have a means to print,sign and scan documents.
The air conditioner advertised in the listing is for a little window unit in the living room all else is fans so if you are prone to be hot be aware of this. I feel like the listing should have mentioned this.
The cable did not work and we tried the instructions left for us but since there was a warning of a $150 charge for recalibration of the cable If that was needed we left that alone. The kitchen was a nice size and layout but almost all the glassware and plates is plastic and some were cracked and cloudy and the sharp knives are no longer sharp enough to cut pineapple.
This last part was mostly a frustration during our visit. The parking spaces are narrow I saw a VW Bettle that was tight and we had a jeep. There was an alternate parking space in the back but it was far from the building. It was swarming season for termites and we experienced a bunch of them swarming one evening that wasn't pleasant and they may have come in through the AC unit since it was so dry and hot that day. And lastly due to a condo reno next door they cut into the water line on our last morning as I was getting into the shower with a head full of conditioner. They didn't cut it back on until about 12:30 so I had to use water bottles instead because I had a flight to catch.
As a plus the owner was very responsive and allowed us a little extra time to checkout. The condo was in a great location as well.

We absolutely loved our stay. The unit was the best equipped unit we ever rented. The location was great. Close to the beach, cafes, and restaurants. Bbq access. Also very quiet at night. We hope to return some day.
The apartment is well equipped for all your needs ,the sofa is nice and comfortable.The apartment has excellent WIFI but be aware the password in the instructions is in uppercase when it needs to be entered in lowercase.

The owner is very business like with all communications which were good throughout, the door lock and code system was a bit difficult to work probably due to the jet lag I was suffering from but once set up worked well ,but is does mean the checking in and out times are strict ,we had to hang around for hours waiting for the timer to operate which seemed strange as the apartment was obviously ready ,but those are the contracted rules I suppose.
Please be aware if you intend having a car that the parking space is small but well locate opposite the apartment ,there is also a lift which is handy when bringing suitcases up to the apartment.
Awesome location with easy access to great beaches, activities and restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!
This condo was exactly as shown in photos. We had everything necessary to enjoy our stay. Great location. Very close to Charley Young beach. We would definitely recommend this condo.
