The beds were very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the lanai every morning and evening, listening to the waves crash, and we saw tons of turtles from up there, and even a couple sharks. The kitchen setup was great, with all the appliances and gadgets we needed available. The laundry room had a very pervasive smell that permeated the master bedroom, but otherwise it was great. I would recommend this place to all my friends, and we plan on coming back soon!
The property was clean and perfect for our two couples. We had everything we needed for a great vacation.Melissa was quick to respond with any questions we had and was a great host.
Everything was exactly as described in the listing. There was not one day we didn’t come back to the condo and were not astonished by the view. Melissa was so helpful and quick to respond. There was an issue with the toilet and she had someone out within the hour. We also forgot a few essentials and she was quick to put me in touch with her cleaner so I was able to get those items returned quickly as well.
Accommodations were so, so the view was amazing but the mattresses were worn out and the linens were very old. Unit was small for 4 people but doable. No AC but we knew going in. Next time we will find a place with AC.
It was awesome! Clean. Convenient. Has everything you need — even including beach chairs. The owner is a great communicator and very responsive. The views from the balcony are amazing. Love the pool. Overall fantastic!!
We are so glad we stayed here. The view from the condo is absolutely gorgeous. We watched turtles every day. The pool and the entire property is kept very clean. We even cooked 2 nights on the grills next to the pool. The condo was wonderful n we only ate out the last night at a Luau. I hope to return in the future. Thanks Melissa for a terrific vacation!

The property had a well stocked kitchen, nicely maintained, top floor corner with a beautiful view every single night…love the place!
Had a wonderful stay here. The views from both bedrooms and livings rooms are full ocean views and are unmatched. The big bonus for us - besides the view - was the bed on the lanai. We ended up sleeping out there every night and it was amazing! Parking was easy since there was an assigned parking spot and had close access to a lot of restaurants/things to do.

This property has views that simply can NOT be beat!! We loved our time spent on the lanai, watching the whales play and the sea turtles swim. The location of this property is great- very centrally located for the west side of the island and an easy drive to all other locations on island.The property was clean and just as pictured. Communication with owner and check-in process was easy.
Although there was no air it was not needed. the view was incredible. Watched whales anddolphins all the time
The accommodations were perfect and a short drive for everything we planned. The view everyday was awesome. We had the best vacation and will definitely stay here again.
This condo has amazing views and is well appointed. Great location. Easy to get anywhere on the island and very close to wonderful restaurants and beaches. Incredible stay and already booked for next year!

This property is amazing. The view from the balcony is worth everything. I was there with my husband, sister and her hubby, and their 16 year old daughter. The space is comfortable with plenty of seating, and we saw whales every single day from our balcony. The sound of the water was very soothing. And the beds were quite comfortable. The second bedroom can be seen by the balcony, though there are curtains across them. The washer and dryer were very handy, and a lot of extra amenities, like detergent, and hydrogen peroxide, which we unfortunately needed, and some aloe, among many other things. The beach chairs and towels were so helpful to have. A lot of spices and condiments on the cupboards and fridge too. I’m sure some were left by previous renters:)Melissa was extremely responsive to any questions I had, and very nice. It’s a little north of the bigger resorts, but walking distance o a few restaurants. Miso Phat was amazing!! All in all, I’d give it 10 stars if I could

This is a beautiful property that seems to hang out over the oceans gorgeous views. It is an older place, but has been kept up very well.

We found Melissa’s place and from the photos and description, it appeared to be a perfect fit for our family of two adults and two teens. Melissa is a perfect host and the communication was easy, prompt and accurate. When we arrived, the directions were excellent, making checking in so easy! Ther home was everything described and more! The home was spotless, the kitchen well stocked, linens were super clean and fresh and the beds comfortable. We appreciated being able to borrow the beach chairs and cooler. We enjoyed morning walks, rainbows, a warm pool, and being so close to Kaanapali -and the bays up the coast. Thank you for a fabulous experience! We will come again!
I can’t say enough about the absolutely beautiful views from this condo! Every day we watched endless sea turtles swim by. The condo was exactly as described and very clean! Melissa is very kind, quick with replies, and efficient! I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again!!! Thank you!
This spot is a beautiful spot, the beds were comfortable and it’s very rare to have views from both bedrooms. Would highly recommend staying here no matter if it’s just for two people or a small family. Kitchen had everything you could need for a week long stay and the parking garage underground was super convenient.
The view from the 8th floor is beautiful. Back patio has a perfect view of sunset while the front door has a perfect view of sunrise. The rooms were clean, kitchen worked perfectly, towels and toiletries were readily available, couldn't have asked for a better room to stay in.

This condo is within easy distance of everything. The view is so spectacular that it's easy to spend all day on the lanai, watching the surf, turtles, and ever-changing ocean. Melissa is an attentive and responsive owner. We hope to have the opportunity to return in future.
If the views are what you’re after then this is the place for you! We were able to see turtles, whales, and some of the best sunsets I’ve ever seen right from the balcony. The only thing I didn’t like was there's no a/c.

The lanai was AMAZING- never wanted to leave! Peaceful and quiet- beautiful sunsets and sunrise. We saw whales and turtles from the lanai. The condo and grounds were well kept. Pool was great! Very comfortable beds- nice having a room for the kids (12&13) and another for us. Loved having in unit laundry. Walking distance to groceries, coffee shop, restaurants and more. Would definitely rent again and recommend to anyone!

Absolutely wonderful views, and a clean and well equipped condo. We had 4 adults and two boys under the age of 15. Sleeping arrangements worked well, and the two bathrooms were suffient to meet our needs.
Kitchen and supplies allowed us to cook anything we wanted, and the general store within walking distance was perfect for items we didn't get at the grocery store.
Hawaiian Village Coffee is a 5 minute walk, as is Maui Brewing. Dolly
The property was perfect, the view as soon as we walked in was absolutely stunning. The bedrooms were large and both had amazing views of the ocean. The ocean sounds lulled us to sleep every night. And every morning we sat on the lanai and watched the whales play. We saw 3 full breeches one morning and it was amazing. The views from all rooms including the bathrooms are beautiful. Parking was right by the elevator and they have luggage carts that make it so easy to bring everything up and down. The kitchen has everything you need, there is lots of closet and drawer space and I love it has a washer and dryer inside the unit. We had an amazing time and we will definitely be back again!!!

We loved staying in this condo. The location is an easy 5-10 min drive to many different beaches, we didn’t have to leave our little section of the island. The balcony is incredible, especially in January, we sat outside with our coffee every morning and watched the whales jumping. Everything in the condo is stocked well and there is a lot of space for everyone. Would definitely stay here again!
