This top floor 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo has been recently updated and is thoughtfully furnished and stocked to make this unit your home away from home! The kitchen is fully stocked for the chef of your family! All new vinyl plank flooring installed on main level in late 2022.

The Tradewinds Market is located down the street to pick up the essentials and cook up your favorite meal for al fresco dining on the lanai. Located on the first floor is the guest bedroom with queen size bed and a bathroom located off the hallway that has been recently updated! The primary bedroom is located upstairs with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom that features an updated vanity and shower. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves lapping on the shore!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the deck was gorgeous although we did not get a view of sunsets. We even saw some whales off shore one day. The condo was very comfortable. We even used the common barbecue a couple nights and found it clean and easy to use.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this is a very nice condo. The views of the ocean are beautiful, the residents are quiet and the grounds and pool are very nice and not crowded. The balcony does not face west, so the description of being able to watch the sunset each night is not accurate. The balconies face south. We did have one major problem and that was termites. Their dung was falling from the vaulted wooden ceiling above the kitchen peninsula and under the upstairs bathroom vanity. We reported it immediately, but the process took awhile with VRBO, the on-site manager and CBIP working on it. Only one of us could sit and eat at the peninsula at mealtime. They were to have done some spot treatment for the termites two days after we left and the entire building is to be tented and sprayed in October. We were very pleased with CBIP’s handling of the situation, as we were refunded money, which made this situation a little easier deal with. We understood that it is Hawaii and this is a common problem. Otherwise, it is a very nice unit and we were quite comfortable there for our two weeks. There are very few restaurants in the village, but if you drive either direction for 20-25 minutes (Lahaina or Kehei) you will find a lot of good restaurants.

I spent 10 days with my sister at this property we saw whales continually on the lanai. The grounds are beautiful the unit was spotless and just how it looks in the pictures. I am definitely coming back. I loved my stay.

Condo is comfortable and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and condo was well supplied for beach visits. View from the lanai was amazing, we watched whales and turtles daily.
