'Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) is a picturesque white-sand beach, offering a wide array of activities. The pristine, crystal-clear waters are perfect for SUP, snorkeling, swimming, or just relaxing.

    Once you are here in Waikoloa Beach Resort, you will find so many things to do you might have a hard time deciding where to start. Scenic helicopter tours are less than a mile away. Surfing, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, zip-lines, and snorkeling are just a few of the activities nearby. Weekly luaus, fine dining, and spa services are within walking distance at the Marriott and Hilton Hotels.

    Attractions and sightseeing on the 'wet' side of the island includes waterfalls, farmers' markets, and botanical gardens.

    You’ll enjoy cooking in the comfort of your Hawaiian condo rental. Costco is conveniently located just south of the Kona International Airport. There are two grocery stores nearby: Island Gourmet in Queen's Mkt. and Foodland in Mauna Lani. These stores can provide everything you will need for picnic supplies, wines, fresh produce, and everyday grocery needs.

    Primary bedroom has a comfy king bed, TV, and a view of the golf course. The en suite bath contains a jetted soaking tub and separate shower, with dual sinks in the vanity. The secondary bedroom has a Queen size bed, plus a twin Aero bed with linens. The unit also has a washer and dryer inside. Please note the unit is on the third floor, and there is an elevator as well as stairs just outside the front door.

    We’ve stayed at 4 different properties in the waikoloa beach villas over the past 6 years. Although overall this condo was nice, some of the negative issues made it the least desirable of all of the properties. Cons: The carpet needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. We had problems getting hot water and sufficient water pressure at times. The ice maker wasn’t working initially. The screen door out to the lanai needs to be repaired. Pros: Lovely layout, good assortment of dishes, pans, starter supply of dish soap and paper products, nice grill on lanai, elevator access to 3rd floor, courteous property manager, nice pools. And, of course, we love the location of Waikoloa Beach Villas - convenient to shopping, restaurants and beaches.

    The condo itself and location is great but the management company was not impressive. Arrived to a condo at 8pm to find not cleaned- beds were u unmade and dirty, towels on bathroom floor, fridge full of food, trash not empty and used tampons in them. Dishwasher did not work. Took hour to get someone to come out to put new bedding and towels on but I had to sleep in uncleaned condo until they came next day to clean for real. Was told they new as of Tuesday it was not cleaned yet it was Saturday. Was told they couldn’t do anything about dishwasher all week while I was there so had to hand wash all dishes all week. If you are coming after me verify this has been fixed or replaced. The condo itself is awesome but owners should consider a different property management company. I have never left a poor review of a rental property until today but sleeping in a condo that someone else used without it being thoroughly cleaned was gross.

    Overall it was wonderful! Very well stocked in the kitchen. The beds comfortable (master bed has a tiny bump in the middle but otherwise very comfortable) Loved the lanai🌺.. the only suggestion would be to have instructions on how to use the tv and dishwasher. And the WiFi was turned off 2 days before we actually left. Otherwise it was perfect!!

    We chose to stay at this wonderful condo and we were not disappointed. The condo is exactly as shown in the photos. The furnishings were nice and the bbq on the lanai was great for cooking meals. Location was perfect. We had a very short walk to the gorgeous pool and to Kings and Queens Marketplace. It’s about a 1/2 hour drive into Kona and 15 minutes to some beautiful beaches. One of the bathtubs had a drainage problem but the host was notified and hopefully they will get that fixed. A nice big wooden cutting board and a salad spinner would be great additions. Will definitely recommend this property and hopefully return one day.
