Kahana Reef 321 is a one bedroom, one-bathroom ocean-front condo that is beautifully decorated and updated with rattan furnishings, Hawaii décor and prints. The fully equipped kitchen features custom cabinets, lighting and updated appliances, Enjoy dining inside or outdoors on your private lanai. The living room features plenty of seating, a desk area, cable TV, and a Queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Fall asleep to the sound of the waves! In the master bedroom, enjoy a comfortable King size bed and wall mounted TV with cable. The bathroom has been beautifully remodeled and offers a large walk in shower, custom counter top and cabinets. Stay cool with tropical ocean front breezes and ceiling fans throughout; there is no AC in this unit.

Kahana Reef is an ocean front resort located in West Maui, approximately 10 minutes north of Lahaina, and near many top beaches and attractions. This resort offers an ocean front pool, BBQ area, and an authentic and peaceful Maui experience. Resort also offers on site laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at Kahuna Reef. I love sitting on the balcony watching for turtles! The location is so close to some great snorkeling beaches and restaurants. Finally, the condo unit is very quiet. My only complaint was I wished the unit had air conditioning but I knew it didn’t going in. There are nice ceiling fans that worked well and the breeze off the water was nice too. Only had one small issue with the ice maker during our stay and the Property Manager sent a repair man over that same day! I really enjoyed my stay at Kahana Reef and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

A million dollar view in a quieter part of Maui. It was beautiful, clean, and close to so many wonderful things. Easy process and manager answered questions immediately.

Very nice place clean and great view. It was hot and air conditioning would’ve been great, but had a nice fan. It is a nice place for older couples we had to teenagers and it wasn’t the best place for teens.
