I think because we stay a man we notice a lot more than other people. The bedroom overhead light did not have a way to turn it on. However, we were able to use the fan as it had a string pole. The air conditioner in the bedroom is very difficult to use and it’s very difficult to open the windows as there is a building right outside the window that has machinery in it, and is very loud when you open the windows. There is a 4 inch piece of foam on the mattress which I didn’t find very comfortable. The house is decorated really cute, but the decorations get in the way of what little storage is available. Most of the storage is for Vacasa and the owner. No storage in the bathroom they have to move the owners decorations to have a place for a toothbrush, etc. Windows mirrors and light fixtures could use a thorough cleaning as well have the sofa in the living room. It stinks the living room in my opinion has way too much furniture. The Internet went out, but a service person was that out almost immediately. When I booked a reservation, I let them know that we’re older and we would need appropriate amounts of coffee filters, toilet paper and paper towels, which they did not supply so when we were out we requested more they refused. The toaster and hairdryer should be replaced . The location of the unit cannot me beat anywhere in my opinion.

Great view even from first floor. Not much happening in this area but nice beach park to walk to and close to boat tours and a couple restaurants. We stayed there to be walkable to a concert at Da Playground. Unit and grounds were very clean and quiet. Desiree from Vacasa was sincerely helpful and kind during both interactions so really appreciated her

Maalaea Banyans 113 was such a wonderful condo for us as a family of 4. We have two kids under 4 years old and we were able to be comfortable in the one bedroom unit. The view from the patio is breathtaking as we watched the sunrise each morning with my early risers. We loved the lawn that it was connected to so the kids could run around, and the little beach where they could look at the tidepools and sea turtles. We loved the pool and spa access and the entire facility was well maintained by the staff.
The unit was equipped with quite literally everything you could imagine you would need. We used the nice beach chairs and umbrellas daily, and there were fun games. We supplied our own pack and play for our 1 year old to sleep in and fit it nicely in the bedroom with the closet door open. We appreciated the nice AC unit in the bedroom and the one installed in the living room. The laundry machines were perfect and we used them daily.
The unit was clean and comfortable. We hope to come back again! Thank you!

Perfect condo for my stay on Maui. Clean, comfortable, well appointed and centrally located. The beach chairs and umbrella provided were much appreciated!
