This fully renovated condo is located right next to the Ocean in the famous Ilikai Hotel & Suites. Just a few steps away is the world famous Waikiki Beach, which starts at the Ilikai. To go to the beach, simply come down the elevator to our lobby, walk across the beautiful treed, patio and just a few steps away is the start of the Famous Waikiki Beach. There are no streets to cross or traffic to deal with.
This condo will cost you less than a hotel room that may be blocks away from the beach. So why rent a small hotel room when you can have a complete condo with Kitchen and living room with 620 Feet of space including the Lanai. Be as close to the beach as possible without paying an outrageous nightly rate in a hotel room. .
All cooking facilities are provided in the kitchen plus there is a Living Room, large Lanai, all the comforts of your home on your holiday.
The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests. (2 adults & 2 kids). There is a King size Bed with a new Pillow Top Mattress, complete with Head Board and Foot Board and End Tables on each side. The End Tables are full of books for guests to enjoy. We also have a Sofa Bed in the living room which is ideal when kids are traveling with you. A few years ago when we renovated the condo, we removed the dividing wall between living room & Bedroom to give the condo an open feel because 95% of our guests renting from us are couples. (2 people)
KITCHEN: This condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with Granite Countertops and new kitchen cabinets. There is a full size fridge, stove and microwave, Keurig Coffee machine, blender, toaster, utensils, Rice Cooker, Electric Skillet, pots and pans. It is great to have the option to eat in if you are on a tight budget.
There are many wonderful restaurants less than a block away and two restaurants onsite, Cinimmons Restaurant on our patio by the Ocean & Pesca Waikiki Rooftop on 25th floor. In the evening, grab yourself a glass of wine and sit on our lanai, enjoy the wonderful City & mountain views of Honolulu and Waikiki.
WiFi & PHONE: We are providing Free WiFi and Phone in the condo with free long distance calls to Canada & USA.

TV: There is a 50" 4K Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. Watching movies on Netflix or You Tube or doing online shopping is available at your finger tips.
THE BUS: The bus stops right in front. $2.50 per trip (seniors = $1.25), day pass = $5.00, ride all day long (seniors = $2.50).You are close to the beach, shopping & Restaurants. You can walk a lot of places.
CAR RENTAL: If you still think you need to rent a car for a day or two, there is a Hertz location conveniently located in the Ilikai Lobby. Rent a car for only the days you need & return it in the evening. This will save you a lot of money on rentals and also on parking. Guests who rent this condo, qualify for a car rental discount. Please email Property Manager so he can provide you contact information for Hertz location at the Ilikai Lobby location.
CONDO LOCATION: We get the most compliments about the location of this condo from our guests. It is conveniently located and is close to all major points, such as the Ala Moana Shopping Centre, one of the largest shopping malls in the state, is a 15 minute walk. And Walmart is only 20 min walk. There are many shops and two restaurants on site, including Kuai Market for consumables.
RESTUARNTS CLOSE BY: There are many great restaurants within walking distance, such as Red Lobster, Steakhouse, Outback Restaurant, Charthouse & IHop, Starbucks, McDonalds, Thai Restaurant, Indian Restaurant, coffee shops, ABC Stores, 7 Elevens and mini marts within a block of the condo.

FRIDAY NIGHT FIREWORKS: If you enjoy fireworks, there is a free fireworks show every Fridays. Best place is by the Hilton Pond, next door. or enjoy the light show from the comfort of our patio.
Direction: Come down to our lobby, walk past our Patio (back of our building, walk to the Hilton Pond next door. Take a beach towel so you can sit in the grass by the beach. Start time between 7:00pm – 8:00pm. Please confirm start time, as it changes from time to time.
FLEA MARKET: Flea Market is at The Ahola Stadium is on Wed/Sat & Sundays. You can catch a bus from Ala Moana Centre.

This condo is conveniently located between Waikiki stripe and Ala Moana mall. Within walking distance to both. Lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. The condo is well furnished as pictured and all the amenities are in working order. The king bed is very comfortable. The elevators are slow during busy hours and the noise from the street below can clearly be heard throughout the night. Perhaps something can be done to the sliding door to reduce the noise.Communication with Gary is outstanding. He responds quickly and do his very best to accommodate us. No issue checking in and out. We had a wonderful time staying 17 nights. This condo has everything you needed.

Stayed 7 nights. Cooked most of our own meals, adventured out all day - walking to most excursions. Slept well. Only negatives were that it was super busy and had to wait for elevators (17th floor) and the street traffic was loud some nights. We quickly learned to take the bathers elevator for faster rides and much shorter wait times.

Great room with a view of the city. Fantastic location close to the beaches. The restaurant/bar downstairs was very good with excellent food. The room was nice with a lanai that faces the city. Has a full kitchen but I didn’t use it. Nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend booking this room.

Ideal apartment for your Hawaiian stay. Close to the ocean, restaurants, stores and bus route + many tours pick up from this area. Owner very helpful giving good advice and was easy to contact.
Bed and bed sofa very large and both comfortable to lie on. Plenty of crockery, cooking pans/implements cutlery. Well stocked with spices and none perishables for home cooking. Good space for clothes hanging and case storage. Great pressure on shower and plenty of towels.
Apartment is on the main road side of the building which can get noisey, even though 17 floors up. Yet has an interesting outlook to high rises and mountains plus perfect to watch street parades when on.
Really enjoyed staying here.

The apartment was cosy and clean. Great location. Walking distance to shops and beach. Enjoyed having the beach chairs. Bed was very comfortable. Big balcony with great views. Room did not have block out blinds, so it meant early mornings. We were two females, and felt security was lacking. Only saw a security guard once in the building, anyone can access all the floors, no pass required. Door needs to be locked when you enter the room, as it does not lock behind you. The balcony door was very difficult to slide open and close. Very old. Gary was great to communicate with, always responsive. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great . The unit is large and better than the pictures . The AC works great , the building is clean and beautiful in a great location . We had a car the entire time and used the valet at the building for two night but there is a secured parking garage a half a block away half the price . Gary’s unit was a comfortable home base . I hope to visit again . And I loved that many none perishable supplies were left for the next guest . We also left many ! Will miss Waikiki

Host gave amazing instructions upon arrival to property. Great instructions on how to get around, where to go, & what to do. Was very easy to navigate from day one.
We will stay in this condo the next time we go to Wikikii. Close to everything, including transportation. We didn't even need a rental car.

We came to Oahu to visit our son who is in the military and stationed there. The place had everything we needed and more. Could walk to beach and many shops and restaurants. Would easily stay there again.

Overall was content with our stay being Hawaii and all - bed, pillow was comfy however overall general upkeep of the unit wasn’t as we hoped when compared to other VRBO places we stayed at, not even a full roll of paper towels nor shampoos to which we had to supply our own. Towel rack broke off the wall the next day of use and there was barely shower pressure and inconsistent hot water. Communication with the owner was good when reporting the issues however we didn’t need to wait for these to be rectified as we were on vacation and didn’t want to waste time on these types of things that you can live with as it wasn’t a show stopper but more of a nuisance
