The manager was great and helped us with any little problems we had. Just special note it’s not super quick with a lot of little things that you think you might need. There are some nice things that have been left by previous people. It is definitely not set up for you to cook in anyway. Only a microwave to warm things. If you think you’re going to be able to cook there, you definitely cannot. Refrigerator is small sized. This is for anyone with a family or a small budget and not wanting to eat out all the time.

This place is perfect for a short stay. It's small, but the lanai makes it larger and becomes the living/dining room. Pool is great, communication with owner easy. Note that there is no kitchen, but there is a small toaster, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, so it's perfect for preparing breakfasts and lunches and warming up takeout. Comfortable bed, and I love the key-less entry.

Had a great time in Princeville and our stay at the condo was perfectly fine. Condo size is good for an individual and/or a couple. Fantastic location, easy check-in and excellent communication with Mike. All in all a win and highly recommended.

check in and out was simple and straight forward. Mike is an amazing host and we appreciate his great help with various things about visiting the island. The condo is clean and tidy and a lovely place to stay after a long trek/camp in the Napali. Much aloha to Mike our host.

Great little studio! the tall ceilings make the space feel bigger and airy. The lanai is also great and spacious. It was perfect for our 2 night stay. You can hear the neighbors in the evening but all quiet and peaceful at night.

Has everything covered for a cost effective stay. The studio offered more space than an average hotel room and had a little sink/microwave/mini fridge/coffee maker area. Beach gear included towels, chairs, umbrella, coolers, ice packs in freezer. Hot tub/pool was perfect after a day of hiking/surfing. Zero bugs seen (this is a big deal for island rentals!). WiFi was reliable for moments of remote working. Spacious lanai for meals and chill time. Safe parking. Mike is a fantastic communicator and helped us out with some suggestions for local companies to rent boards and to go whale watching.
Only note is that the walls in the development are paper thin- I could hear full conversations. It’s quiet at night in the neighborhood and everyone seems to be respectful so it didn’t interfere with sleep. We’re from the islands so we’re used close neighbors, but if you are looking for silence it may not be the spot for you. I say just bring earplugs! (You need them for Hawaii roosters anyway). Kudos to Mike for reaching out to a neighbor who was doing demolition renovation in the morning- they started later the following days and are apparently done now, so no worries.
As I said: Perfect place to hang between adventures!
