affordable stay, easy and efficient communication, outside noises easily heard but not during “quiet time” hours. but not much time spent in room with beautiful Kauai to see!

This studio condo was perfect for our needs. We were out all day exploring Kauai and primarily slept and showered here. It was very clean, organized, and we could tell it was thoughtfully stocked. It was in a convenient location to explore the north shore and was easy to get in and out of. Finding it was initially a little difficult in the dark, as we had to wander around to check the numbers on each building. Definitely recommend parking in the larger lot towards the back - it is closer than the little front parking lot. Check in and out were very easy and Mike was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again if we travel to Kauai!

We stayed two nights at this location. It was perfect for what we needed. Close to all the shops and the beach. We took advantage of the patio to play some games and hang out for a bit as well

This property is very well taken care of and is in a great location! The condo is cozy and clean and just nice to stay in! Everything you need is there and the owner is excellent to communicate with!
