We had a wonderful time. The flat was clean and lovely and the owners were welcoming and kind. We are so happy we stayed here and if we go back to Waikiki, we will definitely stay here again.
Defining this unit as premium is an understatement! PERFECT is more appropriate! The view from the balcony is great, and the amenities were not only abundant but comprehensive. The Host anticipated everything. From umbrellas, beach towels & chairs, and bus schedules, to local activities, a list of convenience stores, a wide selection of casual reading material, a private VPN option, spices in the kitchen cabinet, and so much more. A truly immersive experience that was like transporting our home to Honolulu; the pictures don't do justice. These comfortable and grand accommodations played an integral part of making our visit an enjoyable and memorable one. Guaranteed to be our #1 pick on our next trip.
We have stayed in various properties in Waikiki over the last four years, and this one was the favourite of me and my daughter, and we hope to stay there again.Everything went very well (such as the check-in and wi-fi access) and we liked the kitchen facilities. I liked the way the Condotel worked with Wyndham. We felt that it was a real find with great value. We understand the you generally have to pay high fees for parking in Honolulu. We didn’t want to pay the high price for valet parking, so finding a parking place was a constant challenge. Every night was an adventure cruising the neighborhood to find spots, but we usually managed to find free parking between 9 pm and 6 a.m.
It was away from the center of the city. Therefore, it was very convenient because I used the free JCB card pink trolley.Cooking in the kitchen every day and eating in Ranai was very nice."There was a toilet in the room, and it was a door with a gap, so the privacy of the sound was not maintained."The air conditioner, microwave oven, refrigerator and oven are new and clean."The lobby of the hotel was very nice, and I was impressed by the hula dance one day."The front desk of the hotel won't help us even if we're in trouble

The location, and facilities at the rental were excellent. The listing is very accurate to the fact that most everything you need is very walkable, and the trolley service stop is about 500 yards up the road.The only issue (which is minor) in the scheme of things, was I had to contact the owner about the TV, as I could not get it to work properly. The next morning someone came by and (finally) got it working, so I felt a little better that I could figure it outBy no means did this take away from my overall stay.The other thing I will note here is something that was a little surprising, in that the bathroom door is not solid, but more a “louvre” type door. This did make things a little uncomfortable, during certain calls of nature I would definitely stay here again, so that’s about as good a recommendation as I can make
We felt comfortable from the moment we stepped in the door. We were greeted by the Security personnel who facilitated our check-in process. Within 10 minutes we were on the elevator up to the 19th floor and then out on the balcony overlooking the Ala Wai Canal. While not an ocean view, the view was interesting and relaxing. The clouds over the mountains/hills were ever changing and predicted the weather for us. Watching the rowers on the canal and the ball players at the park were an added bonus. But enough of the view! The condo was comfortable and well equipped. Beach chairs, beach mats, yoga mats, snorkel/masks, flippers and a cooler were available for our use. The laundry facilities on the 4th floor were convenient; the condo even has laundry baskets for us to use! Mike, the owner, was communicative and helpful. It was a short walk two blocks and through the park to the beach. Great location! Will definitely stay there on our next trip to Oahu, which hopefully will be sooner than later. Mahalo!
This was our 3rd time staying here and as always is was very comfortable and convenient to all Waikiki has to offer. Thanks to Mike and Maria being gracious hosts that make you feel right at home during your stay. We will definitely be back.
Nice and cozy stay with many amenities (free laundry with multiple units, 2 saunas, gym, pool, game room, etc.)! Walkable city life close to beach. If plan on renting a car, try daily rates to avoid finding and paying high parking fees.

The Studio Condo was well equipped and provided us with everything we needed. The location was great. An easy walk to shops & restaurants. Also, great access to buses and trolleys.
Mike was great to deal with. He provided all the info we needed for our stay and check in was seamless.
Our first evening we heard lots of sirens and was concerned about the noise for sleeping. It wasn't a problem at all and we're both light sleepers. Although we didn't use the laundry, it was available to us free of charge, which is a big plus when travelling.
Highly recommend the condo for a couple.
My husband and I rated this property 5 stars. However, our adult son, who slept on the pullout said the bed was really hard and he had trouble sleeping.
We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs, beach mats, etc. on the balcony. Very thoughtful.
The room was well stocked with anything you need to cook and clean. The bed was comfortable and the view from the lanai was beautiful. Building staff were kind and knowledgeable. Would choose this place again next visit.
Jason and I are thrilled with our hosts and our room during our most recent stay in Hawaii. From the great communication to the fabulous accommodations, we can't wait to come back and stay again! Within walking distance of SO MUCH and also super easy travel by bus. Beautiful pool which was the PERFECT temperature and all super helpful staff at Royal Garden Waikiki. Perfect place to celebrate Margo's birthday and the new engagement of Jason and Margo. ❤️
Mike was very helpful throughout our stay. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our week there.
Condo is great, communication with owner was excellent.
The selection of security personnel needs reviewing. We arrived after midnight and the security person was not at all welcoming.

Owner Mike was amazing. Kept in contact and was beyond hospitable. The condo was in a great location, clean with a beautiful view. .. Property quiet. Pool heated. Everything in walking distance. Room was comfortable with everything needed in it. Would definitely stay again
Everything was as promised
Nice place. Full bath, studio kitchen and seated balcony are all well appointed. Frosty mini-split keeps you cool for sleeping. Location is ideal to beach, shopping and boat harbor for fishing (walking distance to the boat I used). Add a bus pass and see the entire area easily with stops right near the building.
We are an easygoing couple, but this property was above and beyond what I expected! From the start the owner communicated efficiently and was very friendly.
Reading all the reviews of other properties was overwhelming, and it's hard to filter the high maintenance or irrational folk from the truly snowed ones.
I think it's important to know priorities! Ours were: cleanliness, a well-equipped kitchen, good internet for the occasional work check-in, and a quieter location at night.
The place was very clean, with lots of towels, blankets, a desk area, a great little balcony with the view of the canal for morning coffee. The kitchen has a medium size fridge, good freezer, hot plate and lots of utensils. Bonus: left over seasonings, and shampoos and sunscreen in the bathroom.
The internet is super fast, and the location is just a few minutes walk from the quieter beach across the park. Where we went swimming and spotted sea turtles while snorkeling just randomly. At night it is nice and quiet. And we much preferred it to being close to Waikiki beach (too crowded and touristy - not our style)
Everyone from the owner, the concierge to the valets were just the nicest people on earth. But not "fake nice", like actually genuinely nice. Giving us lots of tips on where to park our motorcycles.
This property does not include a parking stall, but the building has it for $50 a night. We rode all over the island on motorcycles, so parking wasn't an issue. 10 stars! Highly recommend!

The suite itself, friendly hosts, resort amenities and staff all once again contributed to a safe, clean, quiet and relaxing vacation. A comfortable bed, cooking facilities, lanai over looking the Ala Wai canal for your morning coffee or meals, and a host that’s easy to communicate with should you have any questions. The condo is small but clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed, kitchen facilities and good view of the canal from the lanai. A lovely place to have a glass of wine and applies after a busy day in the sun. Access to the pool, fitness centre, and free laundry facilities were great amenities. We appreciated all of these! We also found that the people who worked at the facility were not only friendly but extremely helpful and addressed any concerns immediately. This condo is in an excellent location. Close to the beautiful Fort De Russy Park and Beach. We found the beach chairs extremely useful. There is also a new Food Market close by with fresh morning coffee and treat as well as other essentials. Many restaurants are within walking distance. Buses, which go everywhere on island, were just a block away. The communication with the owners was friendly, easy and comprehensive. We understood that we had rented a one bedroom condo but it turned out to be a studio condo. Wires crossed from sight description. However, we adjusted and this studio condo served us well. We had a wonderful three weeks in Hawaii and would definitely recommend this condo. Mahalo!
The property was perfect for our 7-day stay in Waikiki. It is in a relatively quiet neighborhood for a city and within easy walking distance to dining, shopping and the beach. We enjoyed our stay in comfortable accommodations (great mattress).
Condo is small but suited our needs very well. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. It’s close enough to the beach for a nice walk but far enough away to be a bit more peaceful. Located in the Wyndham TimeShare resort gives you the strength of a well kept property with the ability to use the pool and laundry and there are always people there to greet you when you come in so it feels very safe. The host is excellent! When we had issues due to cancellation of the MAX planes and bad weather, he was more than willing to work with us if we needed to come in early. Can’t say enough about the hosts and how nice they are.
Just perfect for our needs. It exceeded expectations. It’s small and SUPER efficient. I even had my favorite French press for coffee:) The skyline from the 19th floor balcony is breathtaking. 8 minute walk to see the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton, free and right on the beach. Communication with owner was above and beyond, it’s like talking to friends. Highly recommend.
It was just as advertised, except there was no view of the ocean. The water view was of the Alu Wai canal, and we could see mountains and the local area. Although this was a private rental, it was in the Wyndham Royal Gardens so had all those amenities. It was easy to walk to Waikiki Beach or to the bus stop. All sorts of restaurants were within a few blocks. We were not used to city noises, but since this is on the 19th floor, they did not bother us in the night. The facility was very quiet and there was little noise from the neighbors. The free laundry downstairs has plenty of machines. The pool is nice. The kitchen, though small, was very well-equipped and though the fridge is small it was plenty for a week’s stay.
We met guests who were renting a unit on the same floor as us and she said their unit had no seating and a tiny little counter top fridge-plus it was on the other side and got the hot morning sun which made sitting out for breakfast difficult.
We would rent this again if we return.
