Absolutely Perfect Stay in Kihei!I had an incredible time at this Kihei condo! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and umbrellas. The lanai was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee with an ocean breeze and evening sunsets.The location is unbeatable—just across from the beautiful Kam 2 beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and cafes. The complex was quiet and well-maintained, with 2 great pools and BBQ area that I took full advantage of.The host was responsive, friendly, and I had the easiest check-in and check-out I’ve ever experienced. This was easily my favorite stay in Maui, and I can’t wait to come back!Mahalo Bill for an unforgettable experience!
Nice top level condo with plenty of beach toys to use. Ocean view from the lanai in a very quiet complex. Loved the proximity to town and beach!
I can't say enough wonderful things about this rental condo on Maui, Hawaii! The ocean view was wonderful — truly one of the highlights of our trip. The balcony on the 6th floor provided a picture-perfect vantage point where we could enjoy both sunrises over the hill and magical sunsets over the ocean. It felt like paradise every single day!The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing and stress-free vacation. From beach chairs and umbrellas to snorkeling gear and swimming essentials, everything was thoughtfully provided. It made our beach outings so much easier and more enjoyable!The location couldn’t have been more convenient. With easy beach access just steps away and a short walk to shops and restaurants, we had everything at our fingertips. Plus, having a designated parking spot was such a relief and added to the convenience.Overall, we had an amazing experience staying here. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and perfectly situated for both relaxation and adventure. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable Hawaiian getaway!

The condo space in itself was very good - great living/dining and kitchen area, with a good sized bedroom and all the necessary amenities in the kitchen.

Loved the location. Walking distance to everything you needed. Short drive to other nearby towns and beaches. Walked to the beach across the street every day to swim and watch sunsets. Being on the top floor and having a nice sized balcony was essential for us.
As others have mentioned, it does get warm in the bedroom. But all units in this building are similar due to the way the air conditioning systems are in place.
Everything was clean. Kitchen seemed new. Bill is a super friendly host.
Property had two pools and BBQ grills as well.

The atmosphere is laid-back and ideal for someone wanting a quiet and relaxing stay. Bill was a great host- great communication and very friendly.
The downfall was the air condition not reaching the bedroom- as this did affect our stay. We did read this in other reviews but thought we would be able to manage it. We spent time trying to figure out a way to create air flow and even purchased extra fans. In our opinion, it was too hot in there to sleep (between 27-30 degrees C), so we ended up using the sofa bed and trying to sleep between the springs. And as other reviews have stated, the condo is dated and could use some sprucing up and a good hard scrubbing, and perhaps some new sheets and towels.
With some way of adequately cooling the bedroom, we would definitely stay again! If this isn’t something that bothers you, then you will have a fantastic stay. Every day is a good day on Maui. Thank you for letting us use your place!

South Kihei is a great place from which to base a Maui vacation. Weather is among the best on the island. This top floor apartment style condo is quiet and well equipped.

Great location in Kihei. Easy to visit sites around island. Traffic and pedestrians in Kihei make driving a little challenging but it didn’t deter from our enjoyment of the beauty of Maui.

Great location! Our condo was in Kihei and centrally located to anywhere we wanted to go . We could walk to restaurants as well as drive . Bill , the owner , was very easy to communicate with and professional. I would highly recommend this condo !

We rented C611 from Bill! Fantastic owner who really cares about his guests! Unit had spectacular views from living room and lanai. Unit definitely had that comfortable Hawaiian feel with some Hawaiian decor but nice modern kitchen with almost every gadget you could think of. Gas range, full sized fridge, microwave & dishwasher were all standard. The bedroom had a king sized bed and a closet full of beach amenities including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and pool noodles. It also came with large beach towels to use during our stay. We had a/c in living room, two ceiling fans and a floor bedroom fan to move cooler air into the bedroom for sleeping at night. More than adequate- downright comfortable. We went to the beach in the morning and the pool in the afternoon. The pool had a shady covered area where I hung out while my wife would find a lounge chair in the sun! So comfortable!! This complex has a few reasonable rules to ensure the enjoyment of everyone - no glass anywhere near the pool, no jumping into the pool (so no one gets splashed), quiet hours after 10 pm. This is not a spot for party animals, but a wonderful spot for couples and families. Can’t wait to come back again!

Everything in the condo works well and the property itself is well managed, clean and in a great location. The view of the ocean from the lanai is very nice though you cannot watch the sunset (directly) but if you walk across the street (5 minutes or less) you'll have a great sunset to watch every evening.
The surrounding neighborhood has everything including several closeby and tasty eateries.
One call out - there's no AC in the bedroom though there's a ceiling fan and a table fan that helps.

The apartment was clean and Bill was nice and kept in contact with me. The only negative was the air conditioner was in the living room but there was a fan in the bedroom that help to help with the heat. An excellent location, easy access to the beach and plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Great location. Directly across from a great beach. Pool was really nice. The property grounds were well kept with wonderful trees and flowers. Not too much noise. Bill the owner immediately addressed any concern we had which was very minor. Overall a wonderful experience and great place to stay.
Bill was great to deal with and easily available. The check in, location, and overall stay was great. The condo itself is older and could use updating in the bathroom, but the kitchen and family room have been updated, and the view from the balcony was great!
The location across from K2 was fantastic. The kitchen set up was really nice and we enjoyed hanging out on the lanai. Everything about the condo was just right for us in this trip. Bill was very responsive and was great to communicate with!
Bill's condo is a great place to stay in Kihei, with so many beaches and parks within walking distance. There are lots of food options nearby as well. The condo is well stocked with ample dishes and cutlery in the kitchen, and the lanai that looks out to the ocean on one side and Haleakala on the other, was a wonderful place to have our meals. Bill was super communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Would love to stay here again if I return to Maui!
My husband and I stayed in Bill’s condo for 10 days over Christmas. What we loved most about Bill’s condo was the view and sunshine on the lanai. The lanai faces south and in the morning you can watch the sunrise over the crater, and in the evening watch the sunset. When we weren’t at the beach, we were on the lanai!! We decided not to rent a car this time, and instead rented hybrid bikes for a week. Bills condo was close enough to ride to other beaches in Wailea and to grocery stores, restaurants and shops throughout Kihei easily. We also enjoyed the pool areas for bbq’ing and for relaxing and reading (we found the upper pool to be very quiet and peaceful! - great for reading). Bill was amazing to communicate with - responded to questions and requests quickly and positively. Would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family!
