Love the property and the unit is very comfortable. It still needs a comfy chair for the non-Lilliputians among us who come to Maui to watch tv.
We appreciated the well stocked kitchen which made meal prep much easier. The condo itself was clean, well maintained with a comfortable bed.
This ekahi property was great! It’s perched at the top of the property and has amazingly comfortable beds.
Great property. Most important things for us are a comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen which this unit provides. Close to an adult pool and brand new barbecue area. Owner managed which I prefer over the management companies. The owners were very accommodating to our requests. First rate.
Our family had an absolutely amazing stay here. The entire Ekahi complex is very well maintained and it’s only a quick 5 min walk to Keawakapu Beach. The condo is well equipped with plenty of common household products to make your stay easy and convenient. Huge thank you to Helene, Barry and Mike for making this a wonderful stay for our family.
Nice accommodation, well-supplied, mostly quiet except for road noise at night (hot-rodders). Good owner communication.

We had the most perfect stay at Helene and Barry’s condo. Condo is equipped with everything you could need for cooking, relaxation and the beach. Bed is very comfortable and unit has extra pillows, towels etc. Location is perfect; close to beach, resorts and shops. Lastly communication with the hosts was remarkable. They were so quick to help us and answer all questions regarding our stay. Thank you so much for such a great visit!
I have stayed at this property before in a different unit and love having the beach access as well as multiple pools to choose from. This unit, though farther from the beach and main (kid friendly) pool, was very clean and comfortable for our stay, perfect for what we needed. The walk to the main pool and beach was no big deal and having a wagon to use was great.
The thing I appreciated the most was how well stocked the condo was for our stay. There were enough paper products, hand soaps, dish soap, cooking oil, spices, etc. for our stay, which doesn't seem like a big deal but there's nothing worse than not having these things when you need them and having to buy a bunch just for a weeks worth of use.
Though not an issue for us, I would say that the barn door for the bathroom is not very private (for noise) and so if you're not fully comfortable with the people you are rooming with this might not be the best place for you. The traffic noise was noticeable when there were obnoxious drivers revving their engines, but I've lived in cities and it was a non-issue for me and my family.
Overall this was a great place to stay and I would stay here again hands down. Kudos to the hosts for a memorable stay!
Great condo. Only caution is the location of the condo in the complex. It is on the corner of a busy intersection and the traffic noise is present. Also it is a 5+ minute hike up the hill to get from the beach back to the condo. That being said we would stay here again as the location in Wailea is wonderful and the condo itself is good.

Very nice place to stay and well-equiped kitchen and patio area. Good location to access many beaches by walking or driving. Close to a great quiet pool. A bit of close loud motorcycle and truck noise which ear plugs solved for night time. Would not hesitate to return!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect. A beautiful patio to have our morning coffee, three pools to choose from if the beaches were too windy, and a big home-like space to call our own for the week. This space has everything you would need - towels, beach gear, full kitchen, washer and dryer and a large comfortable bed. Thank you !!

This property had everything we needed to make our stay convenient and comfortable. We had NO issues with anything from owner to property. The unit is clean and spacious and all appliances work perfectly. The property is beautiful and the grounds are breathtaking. The pools are clean and quiet, the beach is not crowded, clean, and has the perfect combination of sand and lava rock areas. If you go early in the morn, you can search for urchin, sea stars, hermit crabs, etc. We even had turtles swimming across our beach during our stay!
The owner had provided beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and even a wagon for our beach comfort. There are plenty of towels for indoor and outdoor, too. I cannot rave enough about our stay. We will hopefully being staying again soon!

And the complex itself has four pools, the biggest of which has an incredible, massive covered patio area for sitting, with four big gas grills, and entire kitchen. In the evenings families hang out at the pool, cook, grill, and watch the sunset. And you have your own gate right onto the beach. The condo is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully outfitted for your needs. The lanai is comfortable and shaded and the spot to relax. And the wifi is fast. There is a smaller pool and two small grills right in front of the lanai. There’s four beach chairs, an umbrella and three coolers to take to the beach. Now the bad. The biggest issue is the location of the condo WITHIN the complex. It’s the farthest away from the main pool and beach access. It’s a long walk. And coming back it’s all uphill. So if you want to go to the beach or spend time at the main pool you’re probably going to drive. The condo only has an A/C in the living room, not in the bedroom. So in order to get cold air back to the bedroom you have to use two fans. But if you close the shutters (no bedroom door) the air doesn’t cool down the bedroom. The condo itself is clean but esthetically it needs some updating and maintenance. The kitchen sink faucet was very loose, the patio slider door screeches and trim fell in the bathroom at night on us. But overall it’s a good basecamp for Maui.

This was a perfect location on my favorite beach and close to shopping in kiehi and happy hour at the fairmont. Best of both worlds. Wonderful pool on the beach. Fun club house for cook outs. Long walk up from beach but if needed public parking is by beach.
Mom & Dad of bride last minute decision to crash the elopement on Mokapu Beach. Kids staying at Andaz just South down from condo. Owners extremely responsive and informative. Did not have to inquire about anything as the day before something was needed, an email arrived with answers to all our questions.
We will be back for sure.
