The sunrises and sunsets make your morning coffee and evening cocktails on the deck that much more enjoyable. Just a short stroll to the beach to swim, snorkel or just relax in the sun. Bar-b-que the fresh local steaks you got for a dining pleasure in paradise. If you prefer dining out, besides the on-site restaurant, enjoy one of the many nearby restaurants (some within walking distance) with a diversity of menus and prices. This condo has been beautifully appointed. You must see this personally to really appreciate the feeling of true Paradise. There are several nearby golf courses including one that was a past host of the Tournament of Champions. Play tennis? Courts, pool and clubhouse included for your enjoyment if the beach isn't your cup of tea. There's even a snack shop by the pool. What more could you want? There was a lot of dust build up around things like fans and ornaments. Some dishes had food bits on them. The coffee cups needed some good elbow grease to get the coffee stains inside, out and the coffee maker seemed ancient. The towels and duvet cover seemed clean but had stains so probably need to be replaced (sheets were clean, thankfully). The place was fine but just had an overall feeling of needing a really deep and thorough cleaning. The toilet and shower could use a an update. At the very least, the shower head needs replacing or decalcification. Location was good. Pretty decent walking distance to beach and use of beach chairs and umbrella was great. Check in wasn’t great. We arrived in the dark and the key lock area where you get your key card was unlit making it very difficult to see what I was doing. The box itself was also confusing to open. The A/C is located in the living area so it didn’t really cool the bedroom as much as I would have hoped. Eating out on the lanai while the sun went down was really great. Overall a good stay.

Exactly the lovely place we were expecting! Beautiful condo, with access to the Poipu Athletic Club facilities! Wonderful week. Second time at the Kiahuna Plantation. Just perfect for us!

We absolutely LOVE this unit!! We have stayed at this property many times and this one had the best selection of stocked goodies! They have so many thoughtful details in the place like the beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkle gear etc!! saves us from renting. Place was clean and one of the nicer decorated units we have stayed in. The bed also was really comfortable. We will most likely stay here next year!
