Aloha and welcome to our posting! Our beautiful and newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house in Puamana was designed to have plenty of space for up to eight guests to enjoy our favorite place on earth – Maui!

The quick pitch: The house is brand new, spacious, great central AC, big and fully equipped kitchen, open floor plan, private outdoor lanai (that’s Hawaiian for patio!), great BBQ, SONOS sound system, speedy wifi, is perfect for hosting a family or big group of friends, and is in a five star location for activities and good weather.

The House:

From the front door you’ll find the foyer. The stairs to the right will lead you up to the three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor, to the left is the downstairs bathroom followed by the entrance to the open kitchen, which looks out over the living room.

The living room is designed to be functional with an in-door, out-door flow, opening up to the lanai and the beautiful views of the Puamana grounds just beyond it. It features a large sleeper sofa, big table for indoor dinning, brand new 54” flat screen with apple tv, and has a pull up bar to the kitchen that’s perfect for serving hungry kids or thirsty adults!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need: subzero refrigerator, sink with disposal, oven, stove top, dishwasher, and all the necessary dishware. Combine all of this with the new BBQ outside and you’ll find it's nice and easy to whip just about anything up. The house is meant to host and spend time with loved ones, and we built the kitchen accordingly!

Next up is the lanai! Whether it’s time for your slow morning coffee, a midday meal, or cocktail hour, outside on the lanai is the place to relax and hangout. The lounge chairs are a book worm’s dream and we’re lucky to be perched up on a small hill, offering a great view of the tropical trees and grassy field below. Additionally, the outdoor dining table (and its BBQ sidekick!) is perfect for sharing the good times, good meals, and good weather that make Maui so special.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a private full bathroom with a double shower (great for small kids or husbands that don’t share well!) and plenty of space to get ready for the day. You’ll wake up each morning to the sunshine coming through the coconut and plumeria trees right outside the huge window that overlooks Puamana and offers a peek-a-boo ocean view.

This property was excellent for our group of 5 adults and 2 children. The outdoor space was excellent for the two kids to have running around room and for gecko viewing! The two close pools for families were a wonderful place to hang in the afternoon and were clean and welcoming. The refrigerator was ample and beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here if we return to Lahaina.

We had such a great time! The location is perfect! A short walk to Front Street shopping and restaurants, 20 minutes to Kaanapali for more restaurants, shopping and beaches, 30 minutes to the aquarium and lots of excursions and 5 minutes to amazing surfing and beach parks. The beds were super comfy and there was plenty of room for my 5 tall adult sons, my hubby and 2 women. The lanai was a favorite morning and night. The birds, chickens, lizards, geckos and the friendliest cat kept us all entertained along with cards, games and a good speaker system to play some music. The kitchen is well appointed but could use some more eating utensils. The bbq is also quite small for 8 - more like 3-4 ppl. We also had a few minor breaks downs but Patrick was SUPER responsive and took care of them immediately. Some toiletries like at a hotel would be helpful when first arriving but we took advantage of grocery delivery which was fantastic! All in all, this was a great spot and we highly recommend it. We will be back!

3 good size rooms, top loader laundry machine, beautiful patio with lots of beach going equipments, and AC/fans in each rooms and living room. Location is close to a pool. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay!

Patrick was a great host. Responded promptly. VRBO was one of the best places I stayed at. Super clean. Very convenient. Even has a private beach while still being close to touristy things to do.
