The Condo is located in Wailea on the south shore which is the most exclusive neighborhood in the Hawaiian islands , so very safe and located near all the finest resorts in a very quiet area and easy to find. The pool is a 1 to 2 minute walk from the Condo and from the pool and an amazing Ocean view and if you walk down the hill through the property you can access Keawakapu beach one of the nicest beaches on the island, if you walk to the left you will arrive at the Andaz Hotel and you can continue walking passed all of the hotels and the beautiful beaches in front of them and if you want to spend time at any of them just stop in and have a drink or have something to eat.The Condo is1120 Sq Ft interior and an indoor/outdoor Lanai perfect is for outdoor Dining with windows directly into the kitchen.
There are gorgeous charcoal gray bamboo floors throughout an aqua green slate in the bathrooms
All of the Art on the wall are from photos I have taken and and displayed on non-clear acrylic and high gloss and semi gloss metal to create my own personal gallery and all of the art on the walls is for sale and can be ordered in any size you would like and can choose between acrylic, metal, or framed. The works of art that’s her on acrylic our best shown with Gallery lighting which I have throughout the apartment on dimmers if you don’t have that type of lighting at home your best choice would be to go with high gloss metal.
In September 2020 the unit was freshly painted, there is a gorgeous new sofa, new 65 inch Sony Bravia smart TV that connects to the Bose acoustic mass 10 surround sound system that is amazing for the ultimate video and sound experience and so easy to use, just hit the power button on the Sony remote and you have access to all your favorite apps like Netflix, Prime Video and Spotify to name a few.
All the rugs are new inside and out along with the cushions on the indoor and outdoor seating. There is also a new spirit weber barbecue for the grill lovers out there!
Bring your own water bottles and enjoy Aquasauna‘s filtered water with a pH of 8.5.
The filtered water faucet is on the kitchen sink, but please place your water bottles in the kitchen sink and not on the counter because the flow is slow and you may forget about it and the water will end up on the kitchen floor which is ...

We have stayed at the palms over 10 times and we love the location and we love Wailea!The host was easy to communicate with and the condo was just ok! They had one ac in the bedroom and it did not work well at all! Lots of construction going on so would have been nice to have to close window! Other than that ammentities were great!

This is a good unit to stay at for a couple. The bed and bedding are super high end and comfortable, The unit is well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, and the kitchen is nicely stocked with amenities and everything you would need to do your own cooking. The barbeque on the lanai came in handy as well. For those nights when you just want to stay in there is also a high end TV and surround sound system with access to most of the digital movie sites (Netflix, etc.). The only one draw back that we saw was that there can be some traffic noise when sitting on the lanai.

I come to Maui annually for my birthday but never stay in Wailea until I found this gem of a condo which was only 15 min walk from the shops at Wailea and beach access. Lawrence was such an amazing host and even though he is on NY time +6hrs my questions always got answered. The location is just central to everything in Wailea. We were able to use the kitchen for home cooked meals and only are out for dinners. Never checked out the pool but it looks nice. Would definitely stay here again on our nice trip⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All the information needed was communicated very well. Nice location with an easy walk to a beautiful beach. Met the nice neighbors and enjoyed the easy access to golf courses.
