The Waikiki Park Heights is located at 2440 Kuhio Ave. This slightly hidden building is set back just a bit from Kuhio Avenue, where our guests enjoy a quieter, more relaxing experience than you would expect from being in such a prime location.

There's so much to do within an easy walking distance. Waikiki’s best beaches, the world renowned International Marketplace, amazing restaurants, heated night life, Kapiolani Park, and the Waikiki Aquarium are all within a short walk! Public transportation such as The Bus and Waikiki Trolley frequently stop right next door for attractions that might be a little further than a walk. Don’t forget to try one of the islands best steaks at Hy's Steak House located right on property.

Want to eat in? This condo has a nicely equipped kitchen complete with stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, and includes all the utensils needed to cook and eat.

Have peace of mind knowing that Waikiki Park Heights has 24-hour security as well as a keyed elevator entry. Have you spent too much time on the beach already? Bask in the sun at the outdoor pool located on the 4th floor. For your convenience a business center and coin-operated laundry room are also located on property.

Sleeping arrangements include Queen bed in bedroom and a full sized sofa bed in located in the living room.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location; breakfast on the balcony looking at the ocean is the best way to start the day. Lots of towels; clean and fresh unit. Missing some minor amenities like a good frying pan and extra dishes etc. Fridge access is a little challenging with layout of furniture.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can’t beat the location - just a few minutes walk to Waikiki beach, International Market Place, and wide variety of restaurants. The condo was clean, with plenty of towels and well-stocked kitchen (laundry is available downstairs). It’s set back from Kuhio Avenue, which cut down on the street noise. And there’s a view of the ocean. One other plus - the Ali’i team was outstanding, with excellent communications and prompt/friendly responses.

Great location, very short walk to the beach. Its a very nice and quite complex. The free Parking was awesome. Communication with Gabby and Rita was great, they answered right away and where very helpful. We hope to return next year!

The location was great just a bearable walking distance from most of the Waikiki tourist spots; nice view of a beautiful ocean; access to the pool from 8am a huge plus to entertain kids; comfy and firm sofa bed. Definitely will stay here again next time!
