The location of this three-bedroom suite is ideal, providing views of the ocean as well as gorgeous panoramic views of Lae Nani’s immaculate grounds and is literally just steps from the beach. The beach has something for the entire family, whether you want to boogie board, swim, snorkel, or just relax in the quiet waters protected by surrounding coral reefs. The lava rock protected pool area is ideal for families with small children. The condo is also only a short walk to the pool if you are looking to relax in a different environment and soak up sun on one of the many lounge chairs.

This large three bedroom, two-bath condo has been completely remodeled, and is professionally decorated. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances making it ideal for preparing meals for family and friends. The dining room is furnished with a beautiful, large table, providing seating for six people. Additional stools at the kitchen bar add seating for the kids.

The living room is decorated with comfortable coastal furniture allowing you to relax and unwind. The sliding door off the living room provides easy access to your lanai; perfect for coffee or breakfast at sunrise, a peaceful setting for dinner, or a place to gather for cocktails at sunset. After an exciting day of exploring the island of Kauai, you will retire to comfortable sleeping quarters that will accommodate up to six people. The master bedroom offers a pillow-top king size bed and private lanai with views of the ocean, the first guest room also provides a pillow-top king size bed and the second guest room has two twin beds. There are two beautifully remodeled bathrooms, one in the master bedroom and the second for the two guest rooms with access for all guests from the main hallway. We can accommodate 6 people in beds and we have an air mattress to sleep 2 additional people (children).

Flat screen HDTV’s are in each bedroom and as well as one in the living room. Overhead plantation fans are in each room providing added air circulation on top of the favorable Hawaiian trade winds that flow through the living spaces. Terrific location. Ground floor condo with great views of the beach and ocean. Perfect for the five of us including a five year old. Access to the beach was easy. Beautiful grounds that were well maintained. Pool and rock grotto in the ocean were definite advantages for us. Owner and local management are very responsive. We would definitely rent again.

Our extended family stayed at this property for 1/2 our stay. The property is gorgeous! The view is breathtaking, and the management was very responsive. It really is a perfect place to stay.

Beautifully decorated interior with a great view. Loved having the ground floor and because of its location it still felt private. Property met all our expectations. We had an infant with us and loved the calm, shallow, swimming area for her! Definitely will be back.
