We are very saddened by the devastation to Lahaina. Thankfully our condo, complex, and all surrounding areas are in the same pristine condition as it always has been.
Imagine staying within a few feet of the waters edge. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean right below your lanai!
Relax as you enjoy the incredible ocean panorama in this spacious 1680 sf. large luxury two bedroom, two bath, beach front condominium. Almost double the size of most Maui condos. Spectacular sunsets, whale watching, and awesome views of Lanai and Molokai can be seen from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, and outside lanai. This third floor location gives the feeling that you are literally on the beach yet high enough to enjoy the panoramic view. This location also provides a walkable 2 floors to the beach, pools, restaurant, and all the amenities. (just in case you want to get a little exercise) or take the elevator.
Our Sands of Kahana condo was renovated including AIR CONDITIONING throughout the entire unit with controls in each room.
BEWARE many condos do not have air-conditioning, Maui can be hot!!
The kitchen is complete with all cookware (even a bread maker) and dishes needed to prepare any meal. Sixteen outside BBQ's (cleaned daily) are also available to use. The stainless steel appliances are all new including dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with filtered water and ice.. There also is a full size washer and dryer, free WiFi, cable TV in each bedroom.
A huge 50 inch screen in the living room and all these amenities are included to make this a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The condo can sleep up to seven guests. The master has a Cal King-size bed, second bedroom has two queen beds and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. The beds all have new luxury mattresses with plush comfort toppers, new down pillows with special protective covers over the mattresses and pillows for hygienic purposes. All the sheets and bedding are new high end fabrics.
A highchair and Pac-N-Play are provided for the little ones.
The master bedroom has a direct ocean vista with sliding glass doors that allow gentle breezes and soothing sounds of the waves lapping on the beach to lull you to sleep. The master bedroom also has sliding wood doors to the living room that can be closed for privacy or opened to give a very spacious and free flowing feel to the entire condominium.

Excellent communication before and during stay. Comfortable, clean, well-stocked with linens and plenty of towels and beach towels. Tons of beach equipment in storage locker. A/C made afternoons more comfortable. Beautiful sunsets and moon sets from the lanai. Centralized location close to everything on West Maui. Property has a pool and a separate kids pool along with a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts and a
putting green. On site restaurant was good for a quick meal. Easy check in procedure, plenty of close parking. Host checked in after first day to see if we needed anything and immediately sent over a handyman to fix screen door that was off-track. Graciously allowed us a later check out since our flight home wasn’t until almost midnight and no one was immediately checking in later that day! We sooooo appreciated that!! Would stay here again 100%! Highly recommend!!

This property and host are both top of the line. I can not say enough good about them. The condo is beautiful, very clean, and the perfect location and view. John the host is top notch. Very responsive, helpful, and very friendly. I have stayed in many locations and this property and host have been the best experienced! We can not wait to come back to stay here again!

This property was an amazing value with the location, the resort itself, and the breathtaking views from the private balcony. The owner also went above and beyond to be helpful, as this was a once-in-a-lifetime trip for my family. We could not have been more pleased with our condo selection!

This location and condo has absolutely everything you will need to have the most incredible stay ever! The amazing views, the beach, activities, restaurants, all the beach supplies, comfortable beds, air conditioning, and cleanliness! The condo is beautifully decorated and is very large. The air conditioning is a plus at night but never needed it throughout the day. We loved listening to the ocean and enjoyed the breeze during the day. You can snorkel, paddle board, swim at the pool, walk the beach, just so many activities! You really never have to leave. The restaurant on site is convenient and fun! There are also many restaurants you can walk to.
We would only do one thing different on our next trip….stay longer!!!

This condo was well equipped with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. But the real amazing part was the views of the ocean and nightly sunsets. Amazing! We enjoyed the on property restaurant. It was real convenient for those beach and pool days. The food was pretty good too.

The Condo is well located north of Lahaina. I really appreciated all the utensils in the kitchen for cooking. Everything, and I mean everything was as advertised on the website. Most everything you could ask for as far a beach gear so you don't have to rent anything. Beds are comfortable and views of the ocean (yes 50 ft away), swimmiing pool, grounds, & Lanai in the distance are all fantastic!
