Very nice, quiet and comfortable stay. The condo was well appointed, clean and stocked with beach toys (body boards, chairs, towels etc). Air con was welcome after a day in the sun but not necessary with the wonderful breeze flowing through the open windows.
The place and location was FABULOUS! Very clean and a great location.However, the dishwasher does a TERRIBLE job in cleaning the dishes. We rinsed them off and washed them twice.... The place needs a new dish washer.Also, the cloths washing machine didn't work properly. Could never get hot water to fill the washer and the unit sporadically shut off and malfunctioned. We called the property manager to get it repaired. However, we left before the maintenance man arrived.
Million dollar views, quiet, and peaceful. Would stay here another dozen times. Great amenities for cooking if you desire though location in the central west coast allows easy access to great restaurants.
The view from the condo was great!Very beautiful and peaceful place!Central to north and south shores, as well as to airport!Condo is spacious and very well equipped kitchen.Appreciate the water gears, golf clubs, boogie boards, etc.If you plan to stay at Cental part of the island(Lihue and or Kappa), this is the place to stay at!!!
We loved our condo! We felt at home immediately & rebooked for next year on our second day there. Our third-floor unit was perfect for enjoying the sight & sound of the ocean. We also loved the refreshing breeze that constantly flowed thru the unit. The furnishings are lovely, fun artwork in all the rooms, plenty of space for clothing & personal effects, & well stocked kitchen. We spent a great deal of time at the heated pool & enjoyed visiting with guests that came and went during our 6-week stay. All in all, an excellent vacation spot & we look forward to returning in 2026!
This property was amazing, such a great view of the ocean, within walking distance of one of the local market places, and several restaurants. According to some of the residents here this is one of the nicests condos in the building. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing with gorgeous views! Well stocked kitchen. Loved the beach chairs! Great location, frequently walked to nearby restaurants, bakery, and grocery store. Perfect rental for two couples, lots of space. Greatly enjoyed our time here.

Everything about the property was truly amazing. We even grilled one night using the properties gas grill. The unit was well stocked with all the right amenities and grocery stores are near by. Check in and check out was easy and the property is well maintained. We did have ants in our kitchen, so we moved any food items to the kitchen table and we didn't notice them anymore.
Our family loved this location and the amenities of the rental. The ocean breeze on the lanai was incredible! Thanks for hosting!
If you are looking for the perfect stay on Kauai then look no further. We were looking for a place close to the water with a great view and this place checked all the boxes. The condo has everything you need to be comfortable and feel at home for the week. Also had all the beach essentials, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards etc. We love the ease of being able to walk to the shops and restaurants. We will be dreaming of having our coffee on the beautiful lanai. We look forward to a return visit hopefully very soon!
Lovely condo, beautiful view and nothing but the sound of the ocean and birds. Location is a great mid point if you want to visit north shore and west shore. We had a fabulous stay!
Condo was as advertised. Great condition, beautiful oceanfront location. You could hear the ocean very well from the master bedroom and livingroom. Owner stocked condo with everything you might need or want. Light and fan switches were labeled which really was useful. One complaint: For us ,the mattress in the master bedroom was way too firm and the bedding not really comfortable. Personal taste, so probably a different person would be fine with it. Overall 5 star experience.

This gorgeous condo is located in a quiet area on the prettiest little cove with magical ocean views and easy beach access. The unit is very spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed! The lanai is massive and has cosy outdoor furniture to lounge on. The living room chairs and couches are incredibly comfortable and the open concept of the kitchen, dining and living spaces is so beautiful and practical. The view through the wall of windows is breathtaking. The two bedroom and two bathroom layout is wonderful for two couples, giving everyone their own space. The swimming pool is lovely and relaxing. The resort complex is located a short walk from many shops and restaurants and a convenient drive to Kapaa Town, the airport, Lihue and central to explorations around the island. This Lanikai Resort condo is paradise perfected. Absolutely fabulous! A return visit is being dreamed of ~ a hui hou. Mahalo for sharing your fantastic oceanside home, it is very much appreciated by these happy travellers.
Most wonderful February ever! Perfect location.
This is an extraordinary vacation rental. The interior of the unit is beautiful. Much of the woodwork is done in a lovely, dark tropical hardwood, all built to a very high standard. The furniture is casual and comfortable. The living room is generously spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is well equipped and well organized; the knives were sharp. The beds are very comfortable. The main bedroom and living room windows have sliding wooden shutters, so the bedroom can be dark at night. All of the fixtures and color choices are well selected and attractive, and everything is in excellent working order. The pictures and description of the unit and property on the website are accurate.
The best part of the rental is the large lanai, which runs the width of the unit. The lanai contains plenty of comfortable furniture. The view from the lanai -- of the ocean, small beach, and pool -- is simply outstanding.
There are a lots of small touches in the unit that give a welcoming, generous feeling: quality soaps and shampoos, coffee and cookies in the kitchen, nightlights in the bathrooms.
We had a small problem with a coffee maker in the unit during our stay. I informed the property manager, and within an hour a new coffee maker was delivered and installed.
The unit is located in a good area, within easy walking distance of nice restaurants and beaches, plus a long walking/cycling path. Plenty of shopping and more restaurants is just a short drive away.
The view from this place is off the charts! All you see is waves and the tops of palm trees. The area was quiet and well kept. We loved the lanai at night, it was like an outdoor living room The area had lots of bakeries and restaurants to walk to close by. The condo had everything we needed for a great trip. 10/10 we would stay here again.
