Deluxe Koa wood cabinetry throughout.

It’s definitely one of the nicest place we stayed in Kona oceanfront. We have been to Kona for over ten years and stay only in oceanfront units.
I definitely want to thank the owner for being very thoughtful and ensuring that we thoroughly enjoy the unit.

Janice was great at communication. She answered my emails in a timely manner. The condo was impeccably clean. The view and location was perfect. We stayed here for the Iron Man race and it was a great location.. I’m looking forward to rebooking this condo again!

Wonderful property oceanfront! Beautiful sunsets every night! Convenient to shopping, convenient to Kailua Kona! Two king suites make it great for adults. Would stay here again!

We previously stayed at this property several years ago. It has been meticulously maintained and we loved staying here again!! The location is fantastic, just a short drive into town. One of the best amenities is the incredible views from every room!! The sunsets were beautiful. Janice was wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting The Big Island!

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing! The condo had everything we needed and then some. The property is beautifully maintained and has so many gorgeous tropical plants and flowers.

Repeat stay for us. This unit is everything - view, all the little things you want to make you feel at home (batteries, beach chairs, golf balls, etc).
Janice is so accommodating and very responsive. She truly cares about our stay and we feel like part of her family when we are there.

We booked the property based on the reviews, location and a unique and spacious layout. I can only affirm all of the positive reviews. The condo was spotless, the beachfront view was stunning and we were provided with everything we needed (beach towels, snorkeling masks, coolers, beach chairs, kitchen equipment/supplies, binoculars, etc). Additionally, Janice was exceptionally responsive to all of our questions before and during our visit. All things considered, the property was an outstanding home base for our vacation. I would not hesitate to book this condo again - we look forward to spending more time in this special place.
