The Waikiki Park Heights is located at 2440 Kuhio Ave. This slightly hidden building is set back just a bit from Kuhio Avenue, where our guests enjoy a quieter, more relaxing experience than you would expect from being in such a prime location.

There's so much to do within an easy walking distance. Waikiki’s best beaches, the world renowned International Marketplace, amazing restaurants, heated night life, Kapiolani Park, and the Waikiki Aquarium are all within a short walk! Public transportation such as The Bus and Waikiki Trolley frequently stop right next door for attractions that might be a little further than a walk. Don’t forget to try one of the islands best steaks at Hy's Steak House located right on property.

Want to eat in? This condo has a nicely equipped kitchen complete with stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, and includes all the utensils needed to cook and eat.

Have peace of mind knowing that Waikiki Park Heights has 24-hour security as well as a keyed elevator entry. Have you spent too much time on the beach already? Bask in the sun at the outdoor pool located on the 4th floor. For your convenience a business center and coin-operated laundry room are also located on property.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for almost 2 months this winter, great location, interior and furniture very dated and used up, beds completely shot and should be replaced ASAP,2 people cant sleep on sofa bed, maintenance tried to fix with piece of foam but didnt help much, range had issues was fixed eventually, bathroom fan was not working and wasnt fixed by the time we left,cigaratte or pot smoke very often most likely comes through AC VENTS. Manager should check property before check in to make sure everything is ok and operational and not waste customers time with maintenance and repairs. Great location and view.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at Waikiki Park Heights, condo 1203 for 6 weeks this winter. The location was perfect, three short blocks to the beach, an ocean view and best of all, a parking spot came with the rental! The condo was clean, although the furniture was a bit dated. My only complaint was that when the air conditioning was on, it smelled like cigarette smoke, especially in the bedroom. Not sure where the smell was coming from but heard of others in the building complain of that also. Alii Beach rentals were very nice- I did have two maintenance issues in the condo. One was a toilet leaking and they sent someone promptly to fix it. The other issue was the light over the kitchen table was broken. They did send an electrician to look at it, he said it needed a new switch and 6 weeks later, no one ever came back to fix it. The condo was well stocked with dishes and appliances. I loved being so close to everything in Waikiki!

We loved staying at Waikiki Park Heights. Apartment had everything we needed. Close to everything! Very clean and comfortable. Only downside was Keys not being in lockbox when we arrived,had to wait for agent to bring them. No big deal but a bit annoying. Modern furniture. A bit short on blankets too. Aircon was great. views good. Would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friend and I had a wonderful vacation staying at the condo - having a kitchen saved us lots on meals. There is a Safeway walkable distance. The pool was not crowded ever, in fact at times we were only people there for long periods of time..felt like our own private pool in middle of Waikiki. The beach is so close as is most everything you want to see in Waikiki. I slept on sofa bed that was comfortable for 12 nights - my friend slept in bedroom and this also allowed for some privacy/space for each of us. The air conditioning worked great. The management was super responsive & we had not troubles with them at all. The condo was clean, tons of clean new towels, beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella. Wi fi worked well too. Having a nice, safe condo in middle of Waikiki was perfect for us two ladies!

The water pressure in the shower was pretty slow and the mattresses in the bedroom were too hard for my liking - nice place overall and a nice view of the ocean. You see surfers at sunrise & sunset.
