This newly renovated, well-stocked two bedroom, two bathroom with loft space is fantastic getaway and a convenient, clean space for you home away from home with your family or friends. You can enjoy all that the North Shore has to offer and then come home to a fabulously maintained home.

We just completed a full kitchen renovation with all new appliances and is fully stocked and ready for cooking for the whole bunch!

Downstairs for you is a queen bed with new flooring and a newly renovated bathroom with bathtub in the hall.  The bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable access and a window air conditioner to keep you cool while sleeping. The kitchen has wooden cabinetry and all new appliances and is fully stocked for all your cooking needs.

The open dining room, living room space has dining space for six. The living room has plenty of seating for the entire family and includes a 65" SmartTV to enjoy restful nights at home. Off of the living room is a lovely screened in lanai that offers another dining option while relaxing and enjoying the soft trade winds. This sets right on the Fazio golf course at beautiful Turtle Bay Resort.

Upstairs you will have lots of room for all with a loft space with new hardwood flooring and two twin beds with a celiing fan. The primary bedroom is outfitted with new hardwood flooring, king bed, flat screen TV with cable access, celiing fan, window air conditioner and a newly renovated bathroom. This is a ground floor unit.
 
There is a washer/dryer in each condo with a small supply of complementary laundry soap. Every condo is fully stocked with linens, bath and beach towels and beach chairs. We have all your kitchen needs such as a coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots, pans, rice cooker, etc. One off street, designated parking space is included and you will have access to one guest spot as well.

Just a short distance, about ¼ mile from the condo complex you will find the beautiful Fazio Golf Course at Turtle Bay Resort and all the fantastic restaurants they have to offer. You can book surf lessons, horseback riding or helicopter tours all at Turtle Bay Resort.

 
10-minute drive to Sunset Beach, Pipeline, Waimea Bay and Valley and Shark’s Cove.

20-minute drive to the town of Hale’iwa where you can find great restaurants, shopping and adventure tours like Shark Tours, jet-ski rentals, and scuba diving.

We travelled as a family (2 children, 2 parents and grandad). The place was big enough for all of us, very confortable. We enjoyed eating in the lanai. Kitchen had what we needed for basic cooking. The only problem we had is that the wifi didn’t work for the whole duration of our stay, even though we told the manager. Replies took 12-24h, making for some delays. Appart from that everything went smoothly. Would definitely go again.

Very comfortable unit for 3 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is nicely updated just missing some baking pans. Lots of towels, sheets, pillows, and supplies. Loved the lanai with dining option, toys and beach chairs. The downstairs bath needs some attention but is functional. The security guys ( Chris and David )made sure that our 4 yr old twin boys had the best friends in the complex. We got lots of personal attention and the twins were excited to meet “real” policemen. David became their immediate friend.

This property was in an excellent location to accommodate all of our family’s various interests and activities. We ate great, enjoyed beautiful beaches, frolicked in the pool, avoided most crowds, and slept peacefully - with one exception… roosters on the golf course that made sure everyone was up nice and early. We spent most of our days and evenings out and about the island. Ac was great all the appliances worked perfectly.

We had a good experience overall. Property manager was great and easy to work with. There are some things in the condo in need of repair such a broken vanity cabinets. But nothing was unusable. Could also use a Keurig or nespresso machine. Location, amenities, and proximity to turtle bay are unbeatable.

We loved the space. So many fun explorations in and around the turtle bay properties. Easy to get to beaches in laie as well as In the north shore.
