The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. However, please be aware the Air Condition wall unit in the living room can only cool off the living room and the kitchen area. There are only fans in the two bedrooms so both rooms were warm all day and night when we were there for 3 nights in Aug so making it very difficult to sleep. Communication came from multiple hosts and not via VBro messenger like my previous rental in Tampa. Poor, slow and general responses from multiple hosts (Guest contact and Homeowner depending on need). It took more than 24 hours and multiple follow ups to get door access code. When asked about early check-in, the responses was “can't respond until check-in day” after multiple follow-ups. As expected, no one contacted me about early check-in on “check-in” day. However, someone emailed me and even called me if I want to extend by checkout time by 4 hours for additional 50 tax on my last day. I will not rent this place again.
We had a wonderful stay at your very welcoming condo. The ambiance was delightful, and we absolutely loved the perfect view and the kitchen. Overall, our experience was exceptional. One of the things we appreciated most was being away from the street, allowing us to enjoy the oceanfront view, which was incredibly relaxing. We highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future. Thank you once again for accommodating us!

I hate to spoil the surprise you will get on your first night in this wonderful condo but the sunset views from the lanai are absolutely spectacular! Get yourself a bottle of wine and let Maui treat you to an nearly hour long light show that will delight and captivate you every single night!The location is also great! We traveled the island but no place felt more comfortable than Kihei. It's laid back, convenient, close to multiple great beaches and restaurants. It is also pretty central so day trips to other parts of the island are easy.The park between the condo and the beach is a wonderful asset. Nearby pickleball and tennis courts or just a walk in the soft grass to the beach are at your disposal. The tiny beach at the end of the park is almost like a private beach for condo residents. It was never crowded. It gets rocky fast so it is not really a swimming beach but it is great for hanging out and wading.The little air conditioner wasn't enough for the back bedroom but opening the windows at night cooled things down nicely. We had a wonderful time and I would absolutely stay there again!

We had a great time staying at this condo near the beach. The whole process through check-in and check-out were very easy and the communication was great. The location of the condo is fantastic with lots of dining options nearby and access to the public tennis and pickleball courts too. We will certainly be back in the future!
Our family of four, with two teens, enjoyed this condo immensely. It was a lovely home base from which we explored the island. The lanai and its views were really the highlights. Our rental car was needed to get to grocery store and the larger beaches. Sunsets are magical from this condo. We did not use the a/c at all, and relied on the cross ventilation when we opened all the windows to keep us cool and comfortable. We would love to come back!
