    Enjoy sunset, ocean and golf course views from this remodeled top floor unit at popular Country Club Villas. Located along the 18th fairway of the Kona Country Club and close to one of the complex's 3 pools, this beautifully furnished two bedroom plus Queen in loft / 3 baths condo has all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. Large tiled covered lanai that extends the full width of the condo and with floor to ceiling glass windows, your view expands beyond your condo to the golf course and expansive ocean views.

    Living room is tastefully furnished and leads out to the spacious lanai where you can BBQ, relax and take in the peaceful views. There is a stairway that leads to an expanded loft area that is air-conditioned and includes a Queen bed and full bath. The condo has tropical ceiling fans throughout, and individual air conditioning units in each of the bedrooms, the loft and the living room for additional cooling when needed.

    The primary bedroom has its own glass slider to the lanai, has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a stunning glass enclosed shower with bamboo-designed tile inset and pebble flooring. The Guest bedroom offers a Queen bed and looks out to tropical landscaping and has easy access to the adjacent bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo.

    The amenities at Country Club Villas include 3 pools with spa, and 2 tennis courts. Walking distance to the Keauhou Shopping Center where you will find a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. The Village of Kona is located about 7 miles north on Alii Drive where there are more restaurants, shopping & a farmers' market.

    This is a non-smoking and no pets' property. There is no smoking on the lanai's or walk-ways at this complex. There is a designated smoking area near the main entrance. Please note there is a 7-night minimum, 10 during Christmas and Ironman season.

    This Condo is nice, on the golf course and has A/C. I also like that it had a grill. The location is close to the shopping center and is located off of Alili Drive.

    We enjoyed our time and enjoyed the convenient location. The complex was quiet and the condo was clean. Everything was great and we had no problems during our week stay. Would definitely stay here again!

    Overall great. The infrared barbecue not a good idea for renters. It didn’t work most times. On the other hand a very well equipped unit.
