This custom designed Hawaiian plantation style cottage is located just off the Brennecke's beach side of Poipu Beach Park, 100 steps to the beach!
This spacious house was designed and built in 2013 to be the perfect vacation retreat - its plantation style allows it to blend in with the historic neighborhood, while offering every modern luxury. Outside is a barbeque grilling area, a garden shower accessible from either the master bath or from outside, and under the Plumeria Tree is a landscaped 5 person hot springs style hot tub. Enjoy the 2 master, air conditioned, suites with plush king beds, flat screen TVs, pedestal tub, and outdoor garden shower, and full size front load washer and dryer. The open plan great room opens up to the large lanai with 22 feet of 8' high folding doors, and the 9 1/2 foot high walls, vaulted ceilings, large double hung windows, and ceiling fans keep the place breezy and cool. Both bedrooms are air conditioned to keep you comfortable all night long. The kitchen is equipped with a full sized french door refrigerator, whisper quiet dishwasher, gas range, walk-in pantry, granite counters, open shelving, and fully stocked. The sound system through out the living area as well as the lanai is set up for surround sound TV watching, listening to Pandora, or you can wirelessly listen to your own music collection from your smartphone. It was great. Lovely feels like home cottage. The main area was beyond hot and the ceiling fan never worked. We reached out but never was able to get it working. That has to be addressed. It was a great stay other than that. Beautiful and clean home.

We could not love this property more! It was perfect for our family of four. Beautifully decorated and everything we needed was there, including beach towels, wagon, chairs and sand toys…kitchen was well equipped, and private hot tub was much appreciated. We would love to stay again one day.

The location is excellent to walk over to Poipu Beach and the amenities are great. We enjoyed the Lanai and calling the cottage home for a week. It was perfect for our Anniversary celebration as it was a quick walk across the street to Poipu Beach Park. Mahalo!

This VRBO rental was absolutely perfect! It is clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The lanai is particularly exceptional and our hosts could nit have been more welcoming. It is walking distance to good food, drinks, sea turtles, seals and the beach. We loved our stay at this gorgeous gem!! Well worth the money for certain!

Gorgeous beach cottage. I don't have a single complaint. The place was clean and comfortable. It had a very homelike feeling. The location was fantastic as well. Plenty of beaches, restaurants, and shops in walking distance, or 5-10 min drive. We loved our stay, and didn't want to leave.
As a side note - So many Sea Turtles at Poipu Beach!!! It was really cool.

Beautifully maintained and had everything we needed and wanted. Location can't be beat. The "users manual" in the living room was a nice bonus. If we were pressed for a suggestion, it would be to better label the light switches.

The lanais and inside/outside feel of the home was awesome. Our family enjoyed it nightly. Home was really well stocked with games, pans, and some staple cooking tools.
Great home base for enjoying Po ‘Ipu and the south shore. Property manager was detailed and made everything easy. Highly recommend and we will return.

Upon entering this beautiful home, you feel ready for a real vacation, with all the amenities you could ask for. From the hot tub, to access to Athletic Club, we enjoyed more than the quick access to the beach and great restaurants (I.e. Joe’s and Puka Dog). So glad to have found this place which was reasonably priced considering how perfect it is. The only small thing I would suggest is providing coffee for the coffee maker. Mahalo!

This unique cottage is beautifully decorated and very well-equipped. The location can’t be beat. Just a block from the beach and park where you can swim, boogie board, let kids play in the park, see resting Hawaiian Green See Turtles on the beach, catch glimpses of a Hawaiian Monk Seal and see spectacular sunsets. If you like walking, take the path by the house to the Grand Hyatt, an incredible luxury property where you can have drinks, dinner and see how the wealthy folks live! The Koloa Fish Market has great fresh poke. Stop in Hanapepe on your way to Waimea Canyon or Barking Sands. The Na Pali sail from Port Allen was a real highlight, with Spinner dolphins, breaching humpbacks and incredible vistas. Don’t hesitate to book this cottage; you won’t be disappointed!
