This spacious house was designed and built in 2013 to be the perfect vacation retreat - its plantation style allows it to blend in with the historic neighborhood, while offering every modern luxury. Outside is a barbeque grilling area, a garden shower accessible from either the master bath or from outside, and under the Plumeria Tree is a landscaped 5 person hot springs style hot tub. Enjoy the 2 master, air conditioned, suites with plush king beds, flat screen TVs, pedestal tub, and outdoor garden shower, and full size front load washer and dryer. The open plan great room opens up to the large lanai with 22 feet of 8' high folding doors, and the 9 1/2 foot high walls, vaulted ceilings, large double hung windows, and ceiling fans keep the place breezy and cool. Both bedrooms are air conditioned to keep you comfortable all night long. The kitchen is equipped with a full sized french door refrigerator, whisper quiet dishwasher, gas range, walk-in pantry, granite counters, open shelving, and fully stocked. The sound system through out the living area as well as the lanai is set up for surround sound TV watching, listening to Pandora, or you can wirelessly listen to your own music collection from your smartphone. Beautifully maintained and had everything we needed and wanted. Location can't be beat. The "users manual" in the living room was a nice bonus. If we were pressed for a suggestion, it would be to better label the light switches.

The lanais and inside/outside feel of the home was awesome. Our family enjoyed it nightly. Home was really well stocked with games, pans, and some staple cooking tools.
Great home base for enjoying Po ‘Ipu and the south shore. Property manager was detailed and made everything easy. Highly recommend and we will return.

Upon entering this beautiful home, you feel ready for a real vacation, with all the amenities you could ask for. From the hot tub, to access to Athletic Club, we enjoyed more than the quick access to the beach and great restaurants (I.e. Joe’s and Puka Dog). So glad to have found this place which was reasonably priced considering how perfect it is. The only small thing I would suggest is providing coffee for the coffee maker. Mahalo!

This unique cottage is beautifully decorated and very well-equipped. The location can’t be beat. Just a block from the beach and park where you can swim, boogie board, let kids play in the park, see resting Hawaiian Green See Turtles on the beach, catch glimpses of a Hawaiian Monk Seal and see spectacular sunsets. If you like walking, take the path by the house to the Grand Hyatt, an incredible luxury property where you can have drinks, dinner and see how the wealthy folks live! The Koloa Fish Market has great fresh poke. Stop in Hanapepe on your way to Waimea Canyon or Barking Sands. The Na Pali sail from Port Allen was a real highlight, with Spinner dolphins, breaching humpbacks and incredible vistas. Don’t hesitate to book this cottage; you won’t be disappointed!

Spent ten nights at this immaculately equipped and maintained cottage. Just a couple hundred feet from the beach. Really loved the porch equipped with padded furniture and shades. Also used the like new hot tub most evenings. Just a wonderful property!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed home located in the heart of Poipu. Easy walk to beach and several restaurants.
The home is spacious and clean. Brent, the owner, was terrific to deal with and he provided many helpful tips on things to do as well as valuable restaurant recommendations. The ability to use the nearby Athletic Club was a real plus, especially on our last day in Kauai. We can’t wait to return.

What a wonderful place to stay. So quiet and very to the beach.
Well furnished. Amenities were fantastic. Everything you need is thew. Felt like home.
We had a little hiccup but the owners were so quick to rectify it.

Well designed, beautiful cottage with great amenities. Enjoy the outdoor shower after walking back from the beach and relaxing on the comfortable lanai. A great place to stay!

Two couples loved the location for walks, snorkeling, wildlife viewing. All the amenities of home are a very short walk to the beach. Hosts provided a thorough introduction to the house and the neighborhood, as well as on point recommendations for excursions.

We come to Kauai annually but this was our first time on the south end of the island. Highly recommend Poipu for young families and this listing! So many gems at this beautiful property. To list a few: the outdoor shower was to die,
indoor/outdoor floor plan was perfect for our toddler to run in and out of while still being able to watch him and make dinner, easy walk to the beach allowed us to go there a few times a day without a big fuss. The house is fully stocked with all that you need included a beach cart, umbrella, chairs and sand toys we used daily. Hosts were very easy and friendly to communicate with. Can’t wait to return.
