This spacious house was designed and built in 2013 to be the perfect vacation retreat - its plantation style allows it to blend in with the historic neighborhood, while offering every modern luxury. Outside is a barbeque grilling area, a garden shower accessible from either the master bath or from outside, and under the Plumeria Tree is a landscaped 5 person hot springs style hot tub. Enjoy the 2 master, air conditioned, suites with plush king beds, flat screen TVs, pedestal tub, and outdoor garden shower, and full size front load washer and dryer. The open plan great room opens up to the large lanai with 22 feet of 8' high folding doors, and the 9 1/2 foot high walls, vaulted ceilings, large double hung windows, and ceiling fans keep the place breezy and cool. Both bedrooms are air conditioned to keep you comfortable all night long. The kitchen is equipped with a full sized french door refrigerator, whisper quiet dishwasher, gas range, walk-in pantry, granite counters, open shelving, and fully stocked. The sound system through out the living area as well as the lanai is set up for surround sound TV watching, listening to Pandora, or you can wirelessly listen to your own music collection from your smartphone. The cottage is perfectly positioned half a block from the beach where the turtles come up every evening at sunset to sleep on Poipu beach. It is a 12 minute or so walk along a lighted path to the Hyatt. The cottage is very well equipped and the windows between the living area and the lanai accordion open so outside / inside flow together. We will certainly be back!

Such a comfortable and beautiful cottage! We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed all the home’s amenities, especially the breezy and spacious Lanai! Parking would be tight for big vehicles and the outdoor online photos show a wider neighborhood than reality. But all and all, an awesome place! We hope to make another visit in the future! Mahalo!

We had a lovely time at this property. It's so close to the beach and very quiet. It was very clean and well-appointed. We got great use out of the cooler bag in the pantry, and the chairs and towels. It's a lovely home with beautiful artwork. Notice that there is no AC in the main rooms, but both bedrooms have it. We were happy for that as it was very warm while we were there. The owners are very helpful and nearby if you need anything. The beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked, too. The outdoor shower is great! We did not use the hot tub. We will definitely recommend. Thank you!

It was great. Lovely feels like home cottage. The main area was beyond hot and the ceiling fan never worked. We reached out but never was able to get it working. That has to be addressed. It was a great stay other than that. Beautiful and clean home.

We could not love this property more! It was perfect for our family of four. Beautifully decorated and everything we needed was there, including beach towels, wagon, chairs and sand toys…kitchen was well equipped, and private hot tub was much appreciated. We would love to stay again one day.

The location is excellent to walk over to Poipu Beach and the amenities are great. We enjoyed the Lanai and calling the cottage home for a week. It was perfect for our Anniversary celebration as it was a quick walk across the street to Poipu Beach Park. Mahalo!

This VRBO rental was absolutely perfect! It is clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The lanai is particularly exceptional and our hosts could nit have been more welcoming. It is walking distance to good food, drinks, sea turtles, seals and the beach. We loved our stay at this gorgeous gem!! Well worth the money for certain!

Gorgeous beach cottage. I don't have a single complaint. The place was clean and comfortable. It had a very homelike feeling. The location was fantastic as well. Plenty of beaches, restaurants, and shops in walking distance, or 5-10 min drive. We loved our stay, and didn't want to leave.
As a side note - So many Sea Turtles at Poipu Beach!!! It was really cool.

Beautifully maintained and had everything we needed and wanted. Location can't be beat. The "users manual" in the living room was a nice bonus. If we were pressed for a suggestion, it would be to better label the light switches.

The lanais and inside/outside feel of the home was awesome. Our family enjoyed it nightly. Home was really well stocked with games, pans, and some staple cooking tools.
Great home base for enjoying Po ‘Ipu and the south shore. Property manager was detailed and made everything easy. Highly recommend and we will return.
