The master bedroom features an ocean view, TV, king size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a king bed. The location of this fine boutique condominium offers the ideal vantage point to experience Kauai's amazing sunrises and moon rises over the ocean. While you relax on the condo lanai and take in the amazing views of the ocean be sure to watch for turtles that live in the area as well as Humpback whales during their annual migration to Hawaii during the winter months. The adjacent beach is also known on occasion to be visited by a Hawaiian Monk Seal.

This property had an incredible location, and it was just as described. We all decided that we could easily stay here for a month or longer. You can walk to several coffee and food choices so we grabbed lunch and dinner and came back and ate on the porch, which we loved.

Our family stayed for a week and loved every part of our stay. It was seamless with easy logistics. The advertising is as presented or even better. No air conditioning is not a big deal as there was lots of wind off the coast and many fans, which we hardly used. Fantastic stay - we will be back! Thank you!!

Could not beat the views and peacefulness of this location! The unit is well stocked with everything you could possibly need including beach chairs, cooler, beach towels. There is also a restaurant just a short walk away and the location is set in a nice little cove we were able to snorkel in. Our only issue was a little privacy....I failed to note there was no a/c and having to leave the sliding doors open for air flow each night left us feeling a little sticky and a little too "seen" by those coming home later at night right beside the bedroom we were sleeping in.

Overall, I would recommend this condo. As previous reviews stated, the views are even better in person. And with this being only a 9 unit property along with this being an end unit, you feel very secluded. Even if others are at the pool, it feels very private. We could not get enough of the patio and the views day or night. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The beach is a little rough, but that’s the case for most of Kauai. The unit is nice and even though it is a first floor unit, you do not hear anything from upstairs. As with much of the island, you do however hear the roosters from 4am onwards. You definitely don’t need air conditioning and there is always a nice breeze since the back door slides open for the entire length of the wall. The only small downsides were that the unit does have a very musty smell (which is not shocking in that climate and with no AC), the second bedroom bed is very uncomfortable (although the primary bed is nice), and there is a bug problem in the hall bath (a lot water flies that was a bit annoying). There are all the beach supplies you could need and plenty of towels and of course laundry if needed. Overall, we had a great stay and I would highly recommend!

This home was amazing!! Very clean, awesome kitchen! My sister-in-law and I could move around each other with ease cooking meals. The view is absolutely priceless. 10 minute walk to coconut marketplace. There is a bakery right behind the condo, try the Malasades they are yummy. Seen whales breaching on are catamaran trip from port Allen. It’s an awesome island and condo. Thanks Cindy
