The unit was ideal for our family (6 adults and a 2 year old). The location is excellent. The condo is well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The owners were helpful and responsive. Would definably use it next time our family goes to Kauai.

Three generations from California and Thailand met here for a family vacation. Ages ranged from 5 to 78 and with the gym and pool so close we were able to have activity within steps but also go out from here on day trips. With our large group of 10 we appreciated that there was enough seating in the common area and the eating area. Communication with Bryant and Jane was excellent and accomodating and we loved the art work which beckoned us to explore this beautiful island. We would love to stay here again.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cost on invoice was $14 more per night than the published nightly rate for the selected dates. Not able to get a refund because I didnโt notice the discrepancy until after I paid the balance in full.

This property was just as described in the review and pictures. Very clean, had everything we needed and the two parking spots were great. Loved having all the beach supplies and the washer and dryer were definitely a plus. Close to the pool and hot tub and a short drive to a couple of great beaches!!

Great location! Nice amenities and well equipped condominium. This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condominiumโs floor plan was perfect for our family of three adult couples! The kitchen was nicely stocked with more than just basic condiments, and good quality cookware and utensils. Supplies were adequate and everything was very convenient!

We truly enjoyed our stay on Kauai! Our accommodations were everything as described on VRBO. The location was great, close to beaches as described. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool after being at the beach all day. We spent every early morning on the lanai having coffee and breakfast. The interior was tastefully done and there were many spices etc to use. The hosts communicated with us extremely well. We wonโt hesitate to return!
