This place is a rare find for a family, since most places only have a queen sized bed in each room. The bunk room was perfect for our 3 teens. It has everything we needed, and was walking distance to the beaches and shopping at Whaler's Village. There are pools and BBQ grills, which we also made use of. We cooked most of our own meals, and the house has all the things you need for that. The view from the lanai is fantastic for sunset. We had a little trouble with the A/C turning off, but we eventually figured that out. We were very happy with our stay here!
Overall, we had a wonderful time in Maui and the condo contributed to it! We were looking for a good value place in an excellent location and this place delivered. We greatly enjoyed some of the things the host provided, like beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles, beach toys, etc. The amenities the resort provided were fun: themed pools, bbqs, bocce ball, shuffle board, the tram to the Whaler's Village and tha amazing beach cabana. There were a few quirks with the condo that we could overlook, but may be good to be aware of. The primary bedroom doors were quite "sticky" and shook the whole room when opened. There was a musty smell when we entered and significant bubbling on the ceiling of the bathroom, but the smell cleared when we opened the windows and ran the fans. The shower also emitted a high pitch squeal whenever it was run. The kitchen was not super well-stocked and many of the knives were rusty. The faucet had to be in a specific position in order not to leak. With young kids, it still felt like a steal! We walked to Duke's and Maui Fruit Ninja, snorkled on the closest beach and saw all kinds of fish and even a sea turtle and greatly enjoyed lounging on the lanai in the evening. The bunk beds were amazing for our young family to all be able to stay together and it was totally essential to have laundry in the unit! The host was very communicative and even gave us local suggestions!
Nice condo. Nice view. GREAT location. 2 min walk to small store, shave ice, snorkel shop, restaurants, etc. Nice walking paths to Black Rock (10 min). Really good snorkeling.

Our family had a really great stay in K112. There was plenty of space for a family of 4. No closet in master. The only closet was in the kids room. There is a need for more functional closet space as we were accustomed to hanging clothes. Closet was filled with paintings and beach supplies. Kitchen was well stocked and functional. Master bedroom lacked A/C and often got hot. View from lanai was great and the cabana is awesome. Thank you John for a great vacation. You were an amazing and accommodating host.
This place was perfect for our family of 6, including 2 adult children. Easy walk to Black Rock Beach. I would choose it again!

The condo was a great fit for our family with the addition of the bunk beds we were able to fit everyone we had without having to share! The location was close to the fairway shops and just a trolley ride away from whalers village. A short walk to black rock and use of the cabana and we were in heaven! There were beach toys and chairs if we wanted to use them! The space was so much better than a hotel room! The host was great when we had questions no issues with any appliances! We would totally stay here again!

John is an absolute superstar of a host. Due to the unimaginable and tragic fires that devastated the area only days before we were set to depart, we elected for our family not to travel to the property as anticipated to give space to the first responders, and grace to the local residents who had their lives turned upside down. The last thing needed was another group of people looking to vacation while people were trying to find their bearings. John was incredibly responsive to me in providing an update, and answering any questions I had. He was very thoughtful in offering a different time for us to visit. We are so thankful to have had a compassionate and genuine host. Thank you again, John! We are looking forward to our future stay!

All in all ok stay. Kitchen needs a make-over. Nose from ventilation - not AC.
Beds are really shaky and needs replacement.

Maui Eldorado Kaanapali:
This is our sixth time in Hawaii together. Second time on Maui
First time staying was 4 years ago in

Paid 3.5 star price. Got 2.2 star accommodation K112.
The room was clean but dated. That’s the overall look as I perceive it. Upon check in
Communication was good. We received notice that sometimes Internet is spotty so we had an alternate. This particular room’s Internet completely went out the last two days. One T.V. Looks to be about a 28-30 inch very small.
The positives. Can bring your own food like every other room.
There’s a huge shuffleboard area, 2 smaller pools to layout on. 1 large pool with hot tub.
The grilling eating area is has dim lighting. Can barely see what you’re eating after dark. The cabanas restroom facilities, chairs, lounge, chairs, refrigerator sink. Towels and a fresh water shower area.

Informed Staff about Airconditioner, A maintenance technician came and we informed him about bugs, I requested We get sprayed or get bug spray,
I was told Solution is to keep the doors closed. For the air conditioner. Sensor.

The price point was perfect for us, and it turned out to be in a great location with the loveliest little quiet beach (which was just our speed). The condo has beach gear you can use, and the beach cabana provides chairs and towels, so you don’t need to deal with hauling those down there. They’ll also give you a ride on the golf cart there and back, which my daughter and I took advantage of quite a bit. The pools are also great, and the main pool is close to the unit. It is across the street from a little shopping center, and just up the hill from a larger shopping center, which has casual and high end eateries (and upscale shopping, if that is your thing). There is a trolly every half hour that can take you down/up the hill, although it is also an easy walk. The owner was very responsive to questions that came up and always replied within minutes. (FYI: You get a couple rolls of tp, then you need to buy more yourself, same with hand soap.) This was a minor inconvenience, and for the price point and all the other benefits, we still felt it was a a fantastic place to stay. 5 stars, highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely condo. It has a beautiful view of the golf course and ocean which can even be enjoyed from inside in the kitchen. The condo is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed having two bedrooms and the spacious feel of the condo in general. John is great to deal with, we will definitely rent again.

Large 2 bedroom. We stayed at this complex 9 years ago. Not much has changed. The beach is awesome for water sports and sun bathing. Did not use the swimming pools. Numerous restaurants and grocery stores close by. We enjoyed our stay. Mahalo

The condo was very clean and spacious, perfectly for a family. Included with the condo were all kinds of beach amenities like beach towels, sand toys, snorkels with masks, floaties,boogie boards etc. Its situated perfectly close to the front of the property so you are able to park right outside and carry your luggage directly to your room with minimal walking. As well as when you are going to and from your vehicle. Also when you amd the family are ready for the beach it is a 30 second walk to the front lobby where you have the golf cart pick you up and take you to the private El Dorado beach cabana situated at Kaanapali beach. This condo was perfect and my family and I had a wonderful time during our stay. John was a great host and we are looking forward to staying here again in the near future.
