The place was great! Everything was clean, the location couldn't be beat as it's close to plenty of great local eating options and beautiful beaches, and there was lots of beach equipment (toys, flippers, snorkels, chairs, umbrellas). The hosts provided all the information we needed to get checked in and what options were available close by and they even were very quick in making us aware of the tsunami warning that happened while we were there. We can't recommend this place and the hosts enough!
What a location! Walking distance to a great beach for swimming. Hosts provided all the beach equipment we needed. Unit was quiet and comfortable for my family. Hosts were communicative. The best shaved ice (Gus) is nearby too. Kihei is a good beach town. Would stay again.

This condo was amazing! Being on the 4th floor gave us an ocean view and beautiful cathedral ceilings. The owners have everything that you need for the beach - 5 chairs, 2 umbrellas, many snorkel & fin sets, 3 boogie boards, and 7 beach towels. The pool for Bldg. 2 was close by and not busy at all. The owners were quick to respond to a couple of questions that I had also. We had a wonderful time and will rent this again for sure!

My famiiy actually had 3 units booked at the Maui Vistas for the week and everything worked out great. This unit was excellent kept and just like described if not better. Kitchen was well shocked with Kitchen cooking pots & pans whuch pabs
We enjoyed our stay as a family of five. Very easy in and out to the main drag along the beach in Kihei. Great kitchen and everything you need for the beach in the closet!
We would stay here again. Loved the location, loved walking to the beautiful beach! Very nice to have beach gear included. The condo was comfortable and the balcony view was great too. Thanks for sharing this awesome spot!
Me and my two college friends and I stayed here for spring break. The property was fantastic and in the perfect location, 2 min walk to the beach. It was super easy to walk north towards more food and shops. We had the best time.
The condo was in good condition and clean upon arrival. No issues with anything - check in was easy and we enjoyed the 4th floor view and lanai. Highly recommend this propery.
This place was great with all the beach toys a family would need. The location was awesome and the owners easy to get a hold of and helpful. A great find.
This condo is in the heart of Kihei across the street from Charlie Young beach. It has a nice vista from living room and lanai
It was a wonderful location! Very quiet ant night. We enjoyed the pool and walking to restaurants. All the extras were above and beyond: beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear, shampoo, laundry soap, wine and chocolates too. The owners and on island hospitality team are very responsive and helpful. You can’t go wrong here.

All was very good except for one security guard who was upset with children making noise at the swimming pool He told my wife they should go to the beach and ride on the backs of turtles. Not a great way to start the vacation. The facilities are great, nice accommodations.
Good location close to the end of Kam 1 beach. Clean grounds and condo, ample parking.
This was a perfect place for us, perfect location, and everything was clean and orderly. Really appreciated having an umbrella and chairs provided, those were huge to have on hot days. Hope to be back!
Our family had a great time using Matthew and Valerie's condo as a home base to explore the island. Walking distance to the lovely Charley Young/Kam 1 beaches was a huge plus. Great communication with hosts. They went the extra mile. Would recommend!
A lovely rental for three nights on Maui. In close proximity to shops and restaurants. Only a 30 minute drive to the airport. Great location to access Haleakala NP and begin the Road to Hana. Would recommend.
Condo was clean, bonus having beach gear to use.
Owners were very quick to respond/address any questions and concerns. Photos did a good job of portraying property. Great location!!

Everything was perfect with the condo! The location is just a short 10 min walk to Lava Java, Ohana Bar and Grill and Lava Rock. It was just perfectly located, clean, all the things we used worked perfectly!
Definitely will book again!

Our condo was wonderful. It had all the things that we needed in order to make it a wonderful vacation. Matthew and Valerie were wonderful to deal with through the booking/stay. Would for sure stay here again for future visits.
Our stay in Maui was amazing and this condo is the number one reason. I would rate this location more than 5 stars if I could. Close to the beach and shops but tucked away so we didn’t hear traffic noise. Strong breezes and fans kept the place cool so we hardly had to use A/C. Everything you might need is already at the condo, from boogie boards to beach towels and chairs to coolers for day trips or the beach. The hosts were fabulous. They accommodated a special request no problem. Check in and out were smooth. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend.
Rated 4/5 for cleanliness only because this is a beach place and it is nearly impossible to get rid of every grain of sand. The shag rug could use a good scrub. However the condo was clean enough for us. Bathrooms and kitchen were spotless, and the dishwasher and washing machine worked well.
We arrived a bit early and the owners were great about letting us access condo early. Enjoyed our stay!!
Excellent location-easy walking access to beaches up and down Kehei.
Excellent communication with hosts-easy to deal with and let us stay later than checkout.
Very happy overall.
The only downside would be the soft bed upstairs and the carpet on the stairs and upstairs is in sad shape.
Not a bad deal or place to stay, easy checkin in/out and location isn’t to bad. Walking distance to a beach and food locations, we had a nice time staying here.
Great place to stay. Lots of beach options and one walkable. The kitchen served our. needs. The bedrooms were private.
