Excellent property and a great location. It was almost as if we had our own private beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Easy access to the rest of the island.
The unit itself was perfect for us. Wonderful views from the balcony, living room and bed room. Very clean and updated. The kitchen is also very nice. Comfortable living room furniture as well as the bed.
Property owners are very quick with responses and communications.
Definitely would recommend staying at this property. In the future we would definitely return to this property.

Place was amazing. View was amazing. Walked on beach pretty much every day. Centrally located to everything. Place was clean and had everything you would need. Did not cook but everything was there if you wanted to. Place was quiet and we fell asleep listening to the waves. Due to an emergency at home, we had to leave a couple days early but I had already booked for next year. Can’t wait to return!

What a great place to start our upcoming retirement. Nothing like the sound of the ocean lulling you to sleep. Very convenient as well as a beach that feels like your own. Thank you for sharing.

The location was great. Right on the beach and close to a bus stop. The kitchen was well equipped other than a French press but the drip coffee and Keurig worked well.

This condo is right on Sugar Beach, which is a quiet and beautiful beach area. The condo has everything you need, plus beach items. Chip and Charlotte are wonderful hosts and always available for questions. We have stayed here three times and would come again. There is also a small pool to cool off in if you need a break from the ocean. Love this place!

Right on the water. Quaint little one bedroom where you can fall asleep listening to the waves crash outside your window. 10 min from harbor. Would def stay here again.

Stayed for 8 nights. We loved the property, the view of the beach was amazing. Charlotte was great at communicating. The location was great being central on the island to be able to visit different areas. Close to restaurants and shopping. We loved that they provided beach stuff for us to use so we didn’t have to rent anything. The only thing we had a problem with was the beach gear was sandy from precious use but that didn’t stop us from using it and overall we had a great time and would stay here again! Thanks for having us!!

This VRBO is located in the ideal location in Kihei. Easy access to beach, shopping, and highways leading to other towns/points of interest. Condo was clean and well appointed. Best place to stay for great honeymoon or vacation on Maui!
