My mom and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was convenient and we appreciated that there were beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, etc.)
Location was exceptional, close walk to the beach and view of gardens and pool from the comfortable deck.Angela is a great communicative hostess, I would recommend her property.Lots of good walking distance restaurants
Rented three condos last minute and felt like we hit the jackpot. Really nice condos, great communication with the rental company. Will definitely be coming back.
We loved our stay, the listing was accurate, communication with the host was quick and easy. The location is solid, right across from a nice beach and easy drive anywhere. Having a washer and dryer was helpful. We never used the pool, so can’t comment on that. It’s small, but we fit four of us with the pull out couch just fine.
Kihei has been our winter destination for many years. We found the Maui Banyan to be one of the most Accessible condos in the Kihei area.
The G complex is the most westerly multi floored complex with a great view of the pool and BBQ area. The grounds are kept in immaculate condition.
Our condo # G203 was excellent for access either by stairs or elevator.
The dedicated parking was a real asset unless you had a large car.
The condo was clean and it is obvious that renovations are ongoing with floors and living areas being completed. The patio doors require new wheels as they are very difficult to roll.
The lanai is large enough to have breakfast on every morning with ample room to move around and the furniture is very comfortable.
The bed in the facility is very comfortable. We slept every night with the patio doors wide open and slept very comfortably. During our stay we did not need the AC if we left the patio doors open during the day even if the temperature rose to 90F.
The bathroom needs remodeling as it is dated.
Kitchen area works well but there is a lack of food storage containers.
The TV works well but the Roku system is terrible. You can not find a station ie ABC or NBC due to the nature of the system.
You will awake every morning to the crow of a rooster in the distance followed by sunrise and at precisely 8AM Kihei becomes alive with grass, tree and shrub trimming. Lovely mornings. Would stay there again
This condo has a great layout and terrific location (views of the sunset over the ocean from the deck). It's exceptionally well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards etc. And Angela's helpfulness was hugely appreciated. An absolutely marvellous Kihei condo - we'll be back.
Came to celebrate a family milestone birthday and two years into the Pandemic it was definitely great for everyone’s mental health!
Angela is super responsive to all queries and has tastefully furnished the suite with calm ocean colours.
Great to hear the ocean when dropping off to sleep and awakening!
Pool is just steps from the suite which is also walking distance to all the shops and eateries you need!
Beach is literally across the street!

This is a nice place to stay, the unit is clean and well equipped. Quite a few places near by to eat and the beach is a quick walk.
It would have been a five star but the place was noy the cleanest. Countertops and bathroom needed to be cleaned.
We are leaving the place cleaner then when we got here. One other very strange thing is the curtains don't go all the way to the floor. They are about a foot too short.
Excellent TV with a good selection of channels, 2 umbrellas, 3 beach chairs, sand toys for kids, 2 bogey boards and mask, snorkel and fins. Awesome that you don't need to rent anything for the beach.
If available next time we come, we would probably rent this place again.
Aloha! We completely and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Maui Banyan unit G203! Our unit was very clean, easily accessible, and the bed was very comfy! the grounds at the Maui B are beautiful and the hot tub just what you need at the end of busy day of exploring. There are multiple places to dine that are delicious and close. The beaches within walking distance are gorgeous and provide good snorkeling in the A.M. I would absolutely consider renting this unit again! Thanks Maui Banyan G203 managers for a wonderful stay! Mahalo Jeanne
