The apartment has great views but is a bit rundown which doesn’t show in the pictures. We had leaky air conditioning units right from the start of our 3 week holiday. We had no air conditioning during the entire last week. The owner never apologized nor gave us any kind of compensation for us managing the numerous groups of people that tried to fix the air conditioning units. He just told us to reference the contract. All maintenance workers told us the air units had never been serviced. Also no refresh of towels or sundries during the 3 week holiday. Very disappointing experience!! DM if you want to see pictures.

We just got back from 13 wonderful days staying in this unit, and it did not disappoint!! From the beautiful ocean views from every viewpoint, to the perfect location of amenities, this will be a vacation we will never forget! It was so nice to have an AC room to come back to after a long day on the beach soaking up the sun. We even saw a whale one morning while drinking our coffee and enjoying the panoramic view of the ocean! We will definitely be booking this room when we come back!
The owners were very kind and informative. However, the unit was not as clean as expected. Bathrooms and bedrooms could use some updating.
This is a great place to stay with adult children. Everyone had their own bed and there was plenty of room for us all to gather together. The hotel has everything and the staff is so kind. They have Hula dancers in Friday and pause for the firework show next door for you to enjoy. Restaurants and food trucks are all close by. Easy to get in and out of. We rented a car and used the valet for convenience since my husband can’t walk too far at times. Valet staff is quick and very friendly! This was our first time in Hawaii and it was amazing. Sea turtles feed off the coral on the beach, pool has a DJ, market in the hotel has everything, and huge bonus: the beds are so comfortable! I was hesitant with some of the reviews but so happy we stayed here. Location has many places to walk to and is located to all the fun spots tourists love to go for the first time. Check in was super easy and convenient!
Aloha- Five adults had more than enough room in this lovely condo. Our hosts, Nick and Deanna were super accommodating and so, so kind to us during our stay. Looking forward to our next trip! Highly recommend!

I gave this a 5 star due to location and proximity to everything we needed on this trip. It could use a little updating overall but not a big deal
The facility itself is pleasing with a convenience store, coffee shop and ice cream connected to the lobby. The condo is clean and well furnished. It even has beach chairs and beach towels. Everything was in working order. There are two generously sized decks with views. The property owner/manager was very responsive.
It was a nice spacious place in a great location. The unit wasn’t tremendously clean and we encountered 2 cockroaches over the week stay. Also, there was construction going on every morning in a unit down the hall. Overall enjoyable stay but not quite worth what we paid.
Not a two bedroom really a one plus. The patio furniture is ratty. The other furniture is well worn. There were two sets of towels for a week for a unit that sleeps three? As for the resort the pool is crowded and there are never pool towels. It is my opinion that it is easy to get a lot more for the same money.
This unit is in a great location and overlooks activities nearby!
Condo was perfect as a spot to have enough room for ourselves and daughter to have her own space. Great to have amenities to host our local family for Sunday gathering, enjoy the pool and activities. We walked down to harbor area to enjoy the fireworks.
Had a bit of trouble with elevators during our stay, hopefully its on its way to being fixed... everyone seemed to be in good spirits climbing the stairs and helping one another out. Gift of the Aloha spirit.
The property was just OK. The location is great, with the Hilton Hawaiian Village right next door which offers lots of shopping and dining options. However, apparently the Ilikai building suffered a fire in the utility room the week prior to our stay so there was no AC in the lobby and/or any of the stores of the hotel for most of our stay. This caused the closure of the ice cream shop as well as Cinnamon's restaurant. Although the ice cream shop opened mid week, the restaurant never reopened.
The worst part of our stay was that we killed two HUMONGOUS roaches in the master bedroom and bathroom and as a result slept with the lights on (and with one eye open!) every night!
We found out the day before our arrival that there would be a new dishwasher sitting in the kitchen area that was to installed during our stay and that on that day the kitchen would be unavailable. Thankfully we had a tour scheduled on another island that day so we were not too impacted by the closure but I would think the owner would schedule this repair when the unit is vacant. In addition, the safe in the unit was not working so we could not lock up our valuables while the plumbing company was working in the unit.
Great location easy beach and pool access
We had a wonderful stay at the Ilikai. The room was beautiful and the views were fabulous. I hope to stay here again someday.
