5-star condo!! We have stayed multiple times and referred to friends. Beautiful, comfortable, updated decor! Nicely stocked with many of the basics (some units you have to bring everything-dish soap, toilet paper etc) Beautiful views! Short walk to restaurant, pool and beach. Owners happy to help with any issues. We hope to continue staying there and will definitely keep recommending!

This review is difficult for me because I don’t want to let this little secret out: this is the best unit at Napili Shores period. Beautifully decorated, lovely art, fully equipped kitchen with chef quality cutlery and cookware, and high quality beach chairs, towels and boogie boards. Watch the sunset from your living room couch, or step outside onto the expansive lawn to watch the spinner dolphins. Please don’t book this unit because I’m coming back and you might grab “my” week.
What a perfect little spot. The condo had all the little touches that made our stay extra special such as a coffee bar and extra toothbrushes. The host was incredibly responsive. A wonderful spot and stay. Thank you so much!
Overall this unit was as advertised and we would rate it at 4.5 if we could. For our preferences the bed and couches were too firm but they could be just fine for others. The beach equipment was top notch and much appreciated. The unit was well equipped but we did have some technical issues with the microwave and television. The interior decorating is a beautiful tropical theme! We would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.
Three adults stayed in this 1 bedroom suite while visiting with two other families. The gardens, pools and restaurants on-site were good and made dining easy. The resort is adjacent to the a very pretty beach so only a short walk to great water. The suite had beach chairs, boogies boards for us so no need to rent these. Would defiantly recommend our suite.
We had a great partial view of the ocean with views of the whales from our lanai. The lanai is out of the wind, close to the pool and a short distance from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with tools, and we were able to cook some of our meals and enjoy the resort, rather than eating out. The ceiling fans were all we needed to keep the condo cool, and the resort is a very lovely spot on the west side of Maui.
Great property. Very close to the Gazebo restaurant (breakfast) and Sea Hose (dinner), with a view of the Ocean. And of course very close (short walk) to the beach. I had never visited in January, but because we wanted to whale watch, this was when we chose to go. The rough surf, reduced the ocean visibility, so not the best conditions for snorkeling. But we still managed to see two green turtles. Only negative was the check-in procedure. When I last stayed at Nipili shores Resort, there was a room refresh service that occurred every few days, where new towels were supplied and things straightened up. At checkin, I was told there would be a 58 serve charge, although it was never made clear to me what this was for. I asked if it had to do with the room refreshing service and I was told that service was no longer provided. I asked how to obtain new towels and was told to simply bring them to the frontt desk before 3 PM. When I brought towels to the front desk, I was told I would have to speak to the management company. I told them I had no idea who that was and the woman behind the desk asked how I made my reservation. I told her the reservation was made through vrbo and she then said, OK, call this number and someone will bring new towels. When we called the number, the woman who answered said she was on vacation. Eventually I ended p just washing the towels we had in the laundry room. Not the end of the world, but not what most of us consider part of a vacation

We had a great time at Byron's property. It had everything we needed. We checked in at midnight with the night guard and he walked us to our room and made sure we got in. The condo was perfect for our family of 3 and we made good use of the boogie boards and beach chairs. Thank's again Byron. Mahalo.
We’ve stayed in many different properties in Maui and Napili Shores B112 was exactly as advertised. We really appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes, mugs, glasses and utensils. The cupboard stocked with spices and other essentials was a lovely surprise. We enjoyed the use of big beach towels, chairs, umbrella and boogie boards.

We stayed 9 nights. Unit was very attractive and included a number of upgrades. Downstairs location worked well for me. There was an ocean view from the lanai. Owner responded quickly when I had questions. We used BBQ and pool and hot hot tub in community area. All were very nice. Beautiful flowers in garden were a plus as was nearby breakfast restaurant. A great place to stay.
Property was beautiful on the shores of Napili bay. Amenities are basic but well maintained. This property has a quaint feel of old Hawaii without high rise resorts. The unit itself was nice, updated, clean and had 2 boogie boards and beach chairs and umbrella for use.

The location was perfect. The information given to maximize the stay and organization of the entire process was likewise perfect. Walking distance to world class snorkeling, waking up to rainbows, several excellent restaurants on property as well (Sea House for lunch the best). The only neutral thing I would say is that the laundry room washers are low end commercial grade and barely can get dirty out. Maybe if they would allow for more than a 35 minute wash cycle that would help. Thank you so much!

We are a retired couple in our 80’s. We have stayed at different places on Maui a number of times over the years. We like the low (2 story) type of resorts with open lawn areas best. The ground level B112, with ocean view, suited us perfectly. Being located right next to Napili Beach was great (no driving to get to the beach). We ate many meals at the unit and found it was well provisioned for our cooking needs (&BBQing). We only needed the air conditioner twice, as the fans and ventilation was fine. Conveniently located close to grocery shopping. Grounds and equipment are well maintained.
We certainly enjoyed our stay.
You can hear the massive ocean waves from the condo and the beach is a short walk. The beach is also the best of both worlds…lava rocks AND beautiful sand. We watched whales breech from the water right from our sofa. It was a magical stay!
