Condo 1504. This 2 bedroom 2 bath is perfect for your stay on Maui. Enjoy the sweeping ocean views from the lanai with some of the worlds best sunsets! This is one of the ONLY condos on property with panoramic ocean views.

This unit has approx. 1100 square feet of living area! Air-conditioned master bedroom only. Second bedroom has louvered doors.

Just a 5-minute walk to Keawakapu Beach, and the Wailea running/walking path. Relax poolside or take a Jacuzzi after the sunsets and take in the beauty of the brilliant Maui skies. Located in Wailea which is known to have the prettiest and best snorkeling beaches in the area. World renowned restaurants and shopping within a 10-minute walk from property.

PLEASE keep in mind this is a family owned and operated vacation rental. Not a resort or big property management company. PLEASE RESPECT the property and rules. Had a great stay at a fantastic condo. Great location to all Wailea beaches. Be sure to try Ahihi bay for snorkeling but wear booties. Condo has everything you need, pool and hot tub short walk and we always had other travelers to share stories with. Mahalo.

Enjoyed our second stay at this property as much as the first. Great location for everything in Wailea. Spacious unit with incredible sunset views. Close to the pool and reserved parking for the unit. The owner comunicates very well.

We have stayed at The Palms many times and this condo's location can't be beat. You can see the pool but aren't right above it, and that ocean view from the lanai is simply stunning. The kitchen has everything you need, my kids loved having separate (twin) beds, all beach necessities are here (Smashball was another kid/husband favorite). We had a wonderful trip and can't wait to return!

We’ve stayed in a number of units at the Palms and really liked the Reno’s in this unit. Spent a lot of time on the Lanai enjoying the garden and ocean views. Paul was great to deal with making sure we were comfortable with the unit. Looking forward to coming back!!

We had a wonderful short week here in Wailea. Although we did not pick the best week for weather, it was very windy, and then it rained a lot! But the condo made up for all of that. We had some amazing sunsets over the stunning view of the ocean! The condo was perfect.

We had a great week long stay here in July. Plenty of space (more than pics show) with nice and comfortable furnishings. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The complex is great. Really close to beach (15 minute walk or quick drive with plenty of parking) and restaurants/shops. There is a big outdoor deck with a table for 6, and the views are really incredible. The lack of AC isn’t much of an issue because it’s super windy in the afternoons, and the nights cool off nicely. The condo does need a little TLC. Several minor maintenance type issues (light bulbs out, kitchen drawer broken, a couple windows that are tough to open, etc) but nothing that affected the quality of our stay much.
