We enjoyed a 7-day visit to the BSV recently, with family ranging from 50-75. The house and location and staff are nothing short of spectacular - and exactly as advertised and portrayed on line. As a bonus, we received much assistance from the host and family for our visit, ranging from assistance with restaurants, recommendations for exploring the island, help in setting up chefs for in-house dining, etc. I would recommend this house/property with zero reservations.

From the minute we arrived we felt blessed. The interior and exterior were as described. The views were amazing and relaxing. The pool for the adults and the kids was perfect. We watched whales off in the distance. We took paddle boards out directly from the beach behind the house and each time saw monk seals and turtles. We had food catered a couple evenings and it was delicious. Everything about the house helped us relax and have a wonderful time together as a family.

This house is every bit amazing as the pictures make you believe it is. The pool was great and the beach in front of the house was awesome for seeing sea turtles, seals, reefs and surfers. The home owner is great and very responsive. We are definitely planning on staying here again!!!

Wonderful time for our whole family in Lahaina at this beautiful home on the beach. The pool was a favorite of our granddaughters ! We highly recommend this property for family vacations.

Overall, we were disappointed with this property for the price point due to its poor maintenance. We stayed for a week following a week on the big island in Mauna Lani immediately prior (so had a back-to-back comparison). Highlights included beautiful ocean views from the master bedroom and the back patio, as well as the property manager, Argie, who was kind and responsive. Disappointments included: - one bathroom locked and inaccessible due to a remodel, - pool fence footings were rusted and detached presenting a safety hazard - sliding doors in master bedroom were partially inoperable due to age and deferred maintenance - the following items were inoperable upon arrival: jacuzzi controls (loose and intermittently inoperable), one fan in the main room, the grill ignition) - In the middle of our stay a maintenance person showed up to adjust the jacuzzi without notice or identification - the 2nd door deck had to be manually locked or unlocked to keep children from accessing the deck without supervision, and the property manager would not provide us with a key, so the door remained locked for the duration of the stay - master bathroom had no windows and therefore could not be climate controlled

We could not if asked for a more perfect place to take our family on a vacation. Gabrielle & Jennifer were always fast & friendly in getting back with me on all my questions. Argo was the best!!! So accommodating, friendly - we just can’t say enough good things about her. If you want a trip of a lifetime -this is the place to stay!

Wonderful property, walking distance to Lahaina. Easily fit 7 adults and a newborn. Kitchen was huge and functional. Air conditioning worked well. Master Suite is a dream. And the VIEWS! All day from the spa and two pools (which everyone loved) the views were relaxing. Very stony beach, but we were content in the pools. Wonderful place, HIGHLY recommend.
