This condo was newly redesigned with elegant furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped for the Chef of your family! Enjoy al fresco dining on the lanai surrounded by stunning tropical foliage and views of Haleakala. Be sure to look to the right on a clear day and you will enjoy partial ocean views.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Upcoming remodel in unit #138. The remodel has been approved for replacing kitchen cabinets, countertops and kitchen and entry tile flooring. Replace all appliances. Construction noise may be heard during this renovation. This remodel will begin on 5/01 and will be completed on 06/15/23.

Notice: Grand Champions has scheduled for the sloped roof of each building to be replaced. Estimated completion date is December 2024. Phase 2 Construction Dates: April 4th, 2024 to December 12th, 2024. The pools are estimated to be closed for repair: ...

We love staying at The Grand Champions Wailea! The apartment is fully equipped and the treats provided on check-in are a nice touch. A top floor oasis in a spot that is walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay again when we return! Thank you.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pros: the property is clean, the king size bed is comfortable, there are two bathrooms, the community is fairly quiet and the other guests and residents were pleasant, the management company was relatively quick to respond to issues, the unit is within walking distance of Wailea shops and dining.The cons: the property is in dire need of an update, the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms are so old that most hang open, the bathrooms have dingey tile, the decor is uninspired, the TV is ridiculously complicated to figure out and you have to reset it each time you want to watch, the cabinet floor under the kitchen sink is rotted out, we experienced ants around all sinks, the email we received with door codes and wifi had enough incorrect information to make it annoying (thus our first call to the management company), the tennis club directly behind the unit allows pickleball to be played rather late on certain nights (i.e., it's noisy), if you're on the deck and the AC is running, it's so loud and hot you can't enjoy being out there.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit (136) is quit dated. The broken vertical blinds in the bedroom were not what we expected. We were able to hang a blanket over the blinds and create the privacy that is expected in any such location. Other than this we enjoyed the beautiful location and comfort.

Good, but not ideal location. The property is well-kept, but a little dated. The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is comfortable. Overall, a good condo. I would stay there again.
