the location is perfect. amazing beaches close by and a one hour drive to anywhere on the island. we also loved the weather. the unit can get a little warm, but there are lots of fans to use.
Really nice condo in Waikoloa Village. Beautiful setting and property. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed and the furniture was of good quality and taste. We had to experiment with wall switches to get the living room ceiling fan on, but we figured it out. Really enjoyed finding hidden beaches south of the main Waikoloa public beach. Mahalo for a wonderful stay.

The property was clean and the description was accurate. If you are familiar with the area and know how to take advantage of all the nearby activities and beaches, this is a very good way of having affordable accommodations to have a great vacation on the Kohala coast. The amenities in the property were well organized and we appreciated the plentiful beach towels and beach gear and extra linens. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was well labeled and the owner provided plenty of laundry and dishwasher pods - which was also appreciated.
We had a great stay!! Only 15 min from the water. The KTA and coffee shop near by we’re great and super convenient! To keep it cool keep all the windows open and fans going! Had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were a huge help. All the beach gear was amazing. Would recommend!
Everything good except the beds were super soft! We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals. Super humid but there were lots of fans. Enjoyed the close proximity to everything we wanted to do. We love the Big Island!!

We enjoyed this comfortable, two bedroom two full baths condo, full size refrigerator, washer dryer combo, dishwasher, pool a few steps away, and convenient location just across from the Waikoloa golf Course and Johnny's restaurant. The unit does not have AC but we were able to keep the temperature comfortable because there are numerous strategically located tower fans and ceiling fans in every room. It's such a safe area that we we're also able to leave windows open at night to let the cross breezes help cool us down.
Our host was very responsive, answered all our questions and took an interest in the successful completion of our mission for this trip. We would return here again. Definitely recommended.
Very clean inside and out. The pool was good. Neighbors were friendly. Easy access. Stores and gas were right down the road. Golf course right across the street. we had our assigned parking. The kitchenware was everything we needed to cook with. Tv worked and was ready and easy to figure out. It was a wonderful place to stay.
We came for the Kona 70.3 Ironman race and a beach vacation. This property is located just up the hill from Waikoloa Beach Resort. It was clean and had everything we needed. Grocery store nearby. Pool and hot tub were nice. Beautiful views and wildlife along the drive. Easy access to the north side and down to Kona.
It was hot, so we used the fans!

Golf Swim and Surf Waikoloa Village
We recently stayed here for 13 nights. We appreciated the property so much.
It was very well maintained, meticulously clean.
The full kitchen was perfectly equipped, which was very important to us as we cook all our meals while vacationing. My husband was very pleased with the equipment available and found it missing only a silicone scraper, which we found at the nice local KTA market. I appreciated that there were adequate dishes and flatware to fill the dishwasher without running out. There were plenty of cleaning products and equipment to keep the condo clean & tidy during our stay. The washer & dryer were great to have & laundry soap was provided.
Having two bathrooms made the stay quite comfortable (having your own bathroom is quite nice!) The water pressure in the showers was great & the hot water supply sufficient! The towels, washcloths, bath mats were plentiful. The bathroom supplies were good quality.
We used the pool/spa only once and the BBQ area. They were nice but, a bit away from the unit.
The location was a 15-minute drive to the resorts & beaches of the Kohala coast & Waikoloa resorts/beaches. The provided beach gear & towels were a nice bonus and quality equipment (we bring our own snorkel gear.) We prefer to stay away from the resorts on our trips.
Communication with the owner was great. She responded quickly to all our inquiries.
I would recommend this unit to those who enjoy being a bit away from the big resorts.

This condo is great, only issue was having the unit above with residents which the noise was expected . Otherwise absolutely no complaints, great place.
well-stocked and nicely put out property. There were issues with the bathroom in the master bedroom. The owner was very responsive and worked quickly to mitigate the problem. Overall a very functional and comfortable unit.
Waikoloa Village is a superb central location for those who plan on seeing the many sights the Big Island offers. The roughly 900 foot elevation ensures comfortable winter daytime temps in the mid to upper 70's, and the occasional rain clouds always seem to drop somewhere else.
This condo is nicely furnished and very, very quiet, despite being surrounded on three sides by units above and directly across the small outdoor alcove hallway. We lacked for nothing when it came to meal preparation, and during our month stay we received enough soaps and dishwasher tabs that we didn't need to obtain our own. We did need to reach out to the owner once and she was ultra responsive at resolving the issue. As it was "winter", temperature in the unit was comfortable. We used one of the many supplied fans, but only to provide white noise in the bedroom while we slept.
Internet was fast and reliable. The unit doesn't receive a lot of sun as it is shaded by the adjacent building, so we didn't use the lanai. The odd bird did, though, and it was interesting to watch them come and go with prized birdseed from some nearby feeder. Privacy was good; although it is a ground floor unit, the entrance was about 4 steps down from the parking lot, so a vehicle or pedestrian coming or going past the lanai cannot be readily seen.
We toured but didn't use the pool, hottub, and fitness room area; they appeared to be in great shape and inviting, but we're not pool swimmers.
Would definitely return
