Absolutely love this place! Our Host was amazing throughout our stay. Very responsive to every need. The suite itself was clean and comfortable. The amenities were everything you could ask for. Our cable box went out and our host went above and beyond to make sure we had a replacement the very next day. The kids loved the fact that they could come straight to the pool after the beach. We were sad our stay ended but we will definitely be coming back! I wish I could rate the villa even more stars.
Beautiful, and clean property. Professional staff. Spacious, comfortable, well stocked 3BR condo. Loved the large exercise gym. Beautiful fish pond, large pool. Enjoyed listening to live entertainment by the pool. Enjoyed easy access to the calm, clean water lagoon. Great place to relax yet close enough to go sightseeing at Honolulu.
What a wonderful location with amazing amenities. We could walk to restaurants and shops. There were familiar favorites like Starbucks or new favorites like Eggs n’ Things. The hallway closet had everything we needed for the beach and then some! (Chairs, boogie boards, goggles, buckets and shovels) The kitchen was amazing! Such a spacious fridge for storing fruit from the island market or drinks. The condo was a little run down in spots (carpet stain, funky shower door) but was perfect for our family of five plus my MIL to share. Being by the front desk was only noisy one night but that was due to the people checking in and not the staff. The pools were amazing. Resort living for sure. We would definitely stay here again. It’s located on the best lagoon of the four! Wonderful experience all around. It gave us the feeling of being home while enjoying the island. Having a designated parking spot was wonderful to come home to after a day out exploring the island.
Overall my family of 7 with ages 7-70 had a wonderful experience. The location is amazing. My children loved the pools, hot tubs, lagoons, and koi ponds. The adults loved all of the above with the addition of the onsite bar which made great cocktails. The koi ponds have two feedings a day and visitors are offered cups of food which made for a fun experience. The lagoon this property is on is quiet and less busy than the surrounding lagoons. The main pool wasn't busy while we were there. We could almost always find available chairs for our party and shade if desired. We never felt the pool was overly crowded or we had to dodge pool toys. There is also a quiet pool we never used but seemed to have plenty of seating at all times. The unit itself was nice. The AC was much appreciated the week we visited. The view is over the front lobby so there wasn't much to see but fine for people watching and never noisy or overly busy. The unit is starting to show some wear, especially the walls and carpet, which is to be expected with a short-term rental unit. There is a large closet with snorkel gear, wagon, and other beach/pool toys that was appreciated. The kitchen is very lightly stocked with all the standard applications and no perishable extras (coffee, seasoning, etc). The sofa in the living room is not a pull out bed. It is a rather hard and lightly padded couch. There is an air mattress which may work better for those needing the extra sleeping space.
This condo was absolutely beautiful. The area was breath-taking to say the least. The only recommendation would be more comfortable livingroom furniture. The ratan furniture just wasn't comfortable at all. The upside to this is we weren't there much being we were out sightseeing, shopping, and excursions. Overall I give it high ratings and would stay again.
We love this place. It’s become our second home. We just wrapped up our 4th stay and still love it as much as the first visit. Incredible and accommodating host.
We had 6 adults staying in this condo and it was very comfortable. It’s a beautiful spot with the lagoons for swimming and snorkeling, multiple pools and hot tubs, a pool bar with beautiful sunset views, and a walking path going between several upscale resorts. The condo itself was nicely furnished, had high end appliances, and very clean and comfortable. The mattresses were adequate, but could be more comfortable, particularly the twin beds for adults. We had a shower issue that was attended to as quickly as possible, and when that took longer than hoped, the owner was quick to offer some compensation for our inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
We had seven lovely days in this condo with our kids and in-laws. The lagoon access was wonderful and the snorkeling was great.The kitchen was very functional and allow us to cook some great meals together. The host was incredibly responsive to our request and we would stay here again.
Location was excellent. Unit/Facility/complex had everything one would need. Anything extra was just a short walk away. Could not have asked for anything better.
Motohide was an exceptional host and a pleasure to work with. During the booking process, he responded to my questions promptly, and during our stay, he answered any inquiries immediately. As real estate investors, we recognize what makes this location a true gem: the host has thoughtfully priced the unit, considering its position on a lower floor and its view of the check-in area. Despite this, there’s still a limited view of the ocean, and the area is very quiet, so the location is no issue at all. You enjoy all the benefits of the resort at a fair price point.Additionally, the host wished us safe travels and kindly invited us to return. We will definitely be booking this property again!
We had an amazing stay here. The condo had everything we needed and was clean! We had enough space for everyone in our group and the resort pool was so fun for the kids. The owner is super responsive to messages!
We were guests for a destination wedding on the beach in KoOlina. Decision to use VRBO to stay at KoOlina Beach Villas was a good one . Our lagoon was the least crowded of the other three. The Disney Aulani seemed heavily populated with families with young children and the Marriott property was just plane crowded. Very nice accommodations
The location was great, the check in processes was easy. The place was just run down. Lots of stains on carpet and chairs. Outdoor cushions were dated and flat. The 3 king rooms and 3 bathrooms were wonderful. The sleep sofa was not a sleep sofa be cautious of that. A child could sleep on the chair but not 2 adults. Plenty of kitchen tools and pans. They do not leave you any coffee filters or salt and pepper to get you by for a day until you have time to go to the store.

We had the most amazing week at the beach villas! The beds were SO comfortable. Everything was so clean! They had everything you needed for the beach from chairs to sand toys. Location was perfect and everything was so simple and easy. We have already booked a week next year at the same villa!
Very comfortable stay for our group of six adults and a 17-month old! The location was great - nice beach lagoon for the toddler, and the kid pool was also perfect. We definitely would stay there again next time we go to Oahu!
Traveling with family from 22 to 87yrs can be difficult. Something for everyone. Lovely resort, beautiful amenities. Quick to respond to any needs. Best trip to Oahu we have had, love the location.
This 3-bedroom/3-bath fit our family to a tee!
We all had plenty of personal space and the general living area was well appointed for sharing family meals and kicking back.
We had a couple of very small maintenance issues while there, however, the owner, Motohide upon being informed of these matters had a repairman out within a couple of hours. Fast, fast response time and very much appreciated!
The family has already started talking about our next visit back....
Beautiful, safe, clean, it had everything we could need and still accessible to all tourist locations.
The condo was clean and well maintained. There was an issue with the AC. Even with all windows shut it was humid and stuffy in living room. The ceiling fan didn't help much. The master bedroom had the ceiling fan, and AC worked better there than living room and kitchen area.
I would highly recommend staying here. The beach is just steps away on lagoon #2. In my opinion the best lagoon out of the 4 because it is never crowded. The pools are clean and just lovely. It definitely has that Hawaii feel. The property is walking distance to restaurants, marina, and the marketplace. The villa was great because there are 3 bedrooms. Each have their own wing with private bath.
It was a beautiful condo and very comfortable and convenient. The owner was accommodating and attentive. While we could find no fault where we stayed, it was unfortunate that the property alarms kept going off. The staff addressed this immediately but it did inconvenience everyone staying in the propert
Loved the location - Ko’Olina is beautiful. Love the pool, the lagoon and path outside of the resort. The staff was a little uptight about the pool rules.
The property is very nice, but the Locos go there and use the pool with their families. Don’t follow any rules. So there was no place to sit and pool was crowded. The other pool was the quiet pool there was kids playing in the lap pool side and playing not so quiet
Condo same as pictures! Amenities are amazing. Great location for beach and pool. Host replied promptly when we had a question. It was the perfect condo for our family of 6!
This place was the perfect place to have our family trip. 8 of us had an awesome time here. The place was clean and spacious. Everything was well stocked. The property was absolutely beautiful and stunning. All staffs were friendly and professional. Beautiful beach was right in front of the property. Starbucks, supermarket and restaurants were near by. I highly recommended this place if you want to have a quality family vacation. The host was great and easy to communicate. This property was more beautiful than the pictures. We will definitely come back.
We were so impressed with this property. The condo was perfect and clean. There are people around but it doesn’t feel like Waikiki with people everywhere. The property itself has two great pools and access to the lagoon. You are within a short walking distance to food. Honestly, you would not need to leave the area if you didn’t want to, but let’s be honest, it’s Hawaii, explore! This property is extreme secure. With key cards required to get anywhere including on the elevator. We were thoroughly impressed with our condo and the property and our condo. If you are on the fence about it, just do it. You won’t regret it!

Room was nice with plenty of space for six adults and one child. Host was very responsive. I would definitely stay at this location again. Easy access to pools, beach and board walk. Fitness Center was very nice.
View from balcony was limited and overlooked resort entrance, could not see ocean from room. Also twin beds were squeaky when you turned.
That said - we really like this place. They also had beach chairs and towels, etc. Easy walk to restaurants and drive to events was also easy.
Overall very nice - I would stay in this room again and strongly recommend.
The condo was spacious had everything we needed. Location is perfect close drive to shopping groceries & restaurants. Beautiful pools and beach. Very happy.
We had a wonderful time. The property is great and right on Honu 2. It has plenty of toys, beach chairs, and other items needed to have a wonderful time. We didn’t need to buy anything. Bring your own supply of spices if you’re cooking. I also brought some cleaning wipes from home to keep up with a messy 5 year old but otherwise all cleaning supplies, broom, vacuum, dish soap ect is provided. We had a great time and would return.
