Our stay was, overall, very lovely in this unit. Plenty of space for our family of 7. Loved that there were 2 sinks in each bathroom and a separate powder room. Pull out sofa mattress was the nicest we've ever used. Plenty of linens. Views were only okay. You are mostly looking at the Safeway plaza across the street and listening to the street noise on the balcony (didn't stop us from using it). Kids really enjoyed the pool. Husband enjoyed the gym. I was able to easily get to the walk/bike path along the beach for running. Our one hiccup was that when we arrived, the door code we were given did not work and no one was responding to texts, calls or emails. After awhile, we were planning to leave the resort and head to a hotel when we happened to run into the on-site property manager. He was able to check our reservation and get us into the unit with a new door code. It was rather stressful after a long day of travel and 5 kids in tow. However, we were very fortunate that it worked out. The on-island contact lady for this unit happened to be traveling at the same time we arrived, but was otherwise very responsive to our texts with questions during the rest of our stay.We would stay at this resort again.
Pool, hot tube and beach were great! Very busy and noisy street in front of building!
Great location, great pool, nice beach. Wish we had the view of the ocean as in the pictures. Hot tubs were excellent. Condo was stocked well. The big negative was the noise during the night from the road. Have previously stayed in this complex but never before so close to the road. Sirens and horn honking was all through the night. Would stay here again if not for the high traffic noise.

This condo is the perfect amount of space and we had 7 people! It is centrally located on the Island and the resort is beautiful! The pool and little water slides were really fun and it is right on the ocean!
Check in was so easy. The place was big, resort is on beach, but the beach gets rocky after the first few feet in. Luckily, there are lots of sandy beaches just a few minutes away! It was great for our family of 6, we loved the place!
First time to Kauai. Condo was well appointed, conveniently located. Short drive to airport, north and south shores. Property itself is lovely with an excellent spa, pool, hot tubs and beach. Across from the street from Safeway and some restaurants, short drive to just about anything else, mountain tubing, helicopter flights, Costco, etc. Beach is good for strong swimmers and fun to play in. Host was great and communicative.

The 2 bedroom unit was built extremely clean and nicely furnished with everything needed for a Kauai condo stay. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook and serve. Our bedrooms were comfortable but our tall teens were hanging off the full sized guest bedroom beds. The unit was well maintained except for a guest room door which was clearly broken. Towels and bathroom supplies were plentiful. Location has a far away view of the mountains and a close view of the busy street outside. We had no issues with noise. Overall, this was a clean comfortable place to stay.
We have stay d here before and will stay again. Fully stocked! Sheila is also great. Maholo.
We enjoyed our two weeks vacation in Kauai. The location was perfect. Easy drive to all of the beaches, airport, harbor, grocery store, restaurants. Loved the pool and sunrises on the beach! Definitely will be back.
Very clean and well appointed condo in prime Kauai location. Great property with nice pool and good beach. 30-45 minutes to either end of the island.
Perfect location near food and shopping. Easy access and just as described. Ideal for older kids or large families using the space for gathering and extra amenities
The unit is lovely and just large enough for our family of seven. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved having three bathrooms. The beach is an easy two minute walk. There was an issue with the kitchen sink draining, and the property manager got it taken care off the same day. Having the grocery store right across the street is convenient. There are a lot of very good restaurants within a five minute drive. 10/10
It was wonderful. Got to see rainbows from the lanai, made many trips to the ABC store. Great location, beautiful pond and we Loved the sand in the bottom of the hot tubs! Thank you

We really enjoyed this condo and the amenities. Everything was very clean and the condo was well stocked with lots of extras. I knew the view was facing the parking lot and that didn’t bother our family at all. It was a great corner unit on the top floor. The pool has beach towels available to check out, which was super helpful and we were able to take them to the beach.
It was the perfect location for our stay in Kauai. We felt it was centrally located on the island and was near a shopping center with a grocery store, shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would stay again!
Very clean property, the cleaning team left the space immaculate and smelling great. Chocolates and coffee as a very nice welcome. We enjoyed the pool area and beach every day. Kids loved the water slides/ pool and jacuzzi. The oasis restaurant is amazing, we will definitely book this vacation in the years to come.
The Waipouli Beach Resort in Kapaa is a great location to tour the island from. Shopping nearby, easy access to the main highway and restaurant on the property. The pool is amazing and the private beach is a perfect place to relax.
The condo is clean and comfortable. The A/C works well on those warm evenings when the breeze didn’t cooperate.
The owner is easy to communicate with.

We loved staying at the Waipouli Beach Resort! It's in the perfect location to have easy access to most of the highlights on the beautiful island of Kauai.
Even though there was a bit of an issue upon our arrival, everything was resolved and we were able to enjoy our stay. The communication from the cleaning crew and ownership was great and we were very grateful for the support from all involved.
We would definitely stay here again - hopefully next time it can be for a longer period of time.
It was perfect for my husband and two boys, they each got their own bed which is a win for them! It was conveniently located for the things we wanted to do. The pool and hot tubs were much needed after hiking two days in a row.
The full sized washer and dryer in the unit was also amazing! There were items left that we used like salt and pepper, brown sugar etc..we left a few things we hope others can use as well.
Some of the dishes and utensils weren't super clean, but there was dish washing detergent so that was a simple problem to fix. We didn't have any other issues.
Property is in a very good condition, the swimming pools, lazy river , hot tubs are a plus amenities, the beach at the back is a good place to see the sunrise.
We had a fantastic time. The condo was large and great for our family!
This was a great condo. It was well stocked and had plenty of extra things like chairs, and boogie boards. We would definitely stay here again.
