the property is first class all the way , the unit is beautiful i stayed there last year with the family. every morning you wake up and have coffee on the balcony
This unit has everything you can think of. It is spacious and tastefully decorated. There were seven of us that stayed here very comfortably. We did not have kids with us but if we did we would not have had to bring anything extra for them it was all there. The unit is quiet with great views of the ocean. The grounds are kept in pristine condition and the staff very helpful and pleasant. Holly went above and beyond with our stay and was great to work with. Ko Olina is a great location with lots of shops and restaurants to walk to. We can’t recommend this unit enough and can’t wait to go back.

Super nice condo with great views. Nicely located near lots of food but not too close to the over crowded areas! The facility is super clean, quiet and relaxing! The owner was great and very responsive and helpful! This one is a great choice!!

This was our first time in Ko’Olina and we had an excellent time. The beach was perfect for our family as was the beach walk between the properties in the area. We hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay very much. I think the pictures made it look bigger than it was, but it was fine. We had 6 adults and 2 children so could have used another sofa. Also, we were told someone was going to meet us at the unit when we arrived and they did not. Never saw them. But overall a wonderful time.
Everything was great! We loved the location--beautiful and a little away from the busier Waikiki location. The lagoon right outside the building was fabulous and it's also a great central location for a variety of activities around the island. Would definitely stay here again.
Doesn't get much better than hanging out on the lanai at the end of a beach day watching the beautiful sunset. From start to finish we had all we needed and communication was outstanding!

Everything about our experience was perfect. The location, the views, the place itself. Couldn't have found a better fit for traveling with our adult children. Magical week and this will most certainly be on our list for a return stay
The stay at this Ko Olina property was amazing! The views from our lanai were incredible. Gorgeous sunset views. The lagoon was never crowded and perfect for our family. Highly recommended!
Beautiful condo and property and views. We had a nice family trip although we were with our adult children and I think this resort is really better suited for young families. The lagoons are beautiful, but very subtle, a little bit like we were at a community pool park situation versus sitting on the Pacific Ocean. I wish I had brought my kids here 20 years ago! Perfect for families.

We had a great stay. The villa is 3 bedroom, 3 bath with a kitchen. There was only one balcony but it was a nice size with a great view. There is an ocean items bin that has beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, fins, sand toys, cooler, life vests, tote wagon & we added another boogie board, some swim noodles and more sand castle toys. There are 8 big beach towels and a washer & dryer. Layout was very nice and there was a view of the lagoon and ocean.
Cons - Figuring out the living room tv system was a challenge. The parking spot in the garage was also a challenge if you rent a mini-van or full size SUV. We wish the various lights were marked, we still don't know what some of them turned on or off. Finally one of the pics online makes it look like you have two balconies and that you can see the pool from your villa, and neither is accurate.
The home instruction book was very helpful and there are great places to eat and shop within 10 mins.

All in all we had a great time at the lagoon & pool and will return.
We've been to Ko Olina many times and always have stayed at the Beach Villas. So far, this unit has been our favorite!! It was noticeably impeccably cleaned upon arrival - it sparkled! - and with a cute welcome basket filled with local treats which we all enjoyed. The unit not only had all the essentials needed for a family stay; kitchen and laundry necessities, beach towels.. but had many extra items that were not expected but very useful! There was a wagon in the unit which we used daily (came in very handy with 2 small toddlers!) to haul the beach toys, towels, chairs etc to the pool and beach. There were so many wonderful beach and pool toys that made our stay that much more enjoyable without having to buy ourselves. There was even an air fryer in the unit which was a pleasant surprise! The bedrooms were all as listed and always very nice and spacious.
Beautiful view, as always. The proximity to the pool and beach and 'ease' of getting around Ko Olina and the activities and restaurants is why we keep coming back.
Communication was flawless with this booking, the best I've had yet. She was very attentive and accommodating the whole time - we will definitely be back! Thank you :)
